I like the renovation of the rooms but the shower leaked water outside

Very basic but clean accommodation. Trying to get in touch from our room to reception or room service was impossible. The safe was locked and could not be used. The soap in the shower was empty. Otherwise a very nice day

The bathroom to small

Perfect location for exploring Jeruzalem! Free parking available, but the garage is rather thight. Breakfast was nice.

The location was centrally located in the middle of town. The breakfast was extraordinary and so varied I did not expect the variety and ample supply. If an item was almost done it was replenished. We were in Israel for my grandchild Bar Mitzvah and while others were located at the Citadel we were very happy with our location and its price. I was here 5 years ago and am a repeat customer.

The lack of US AC PLUGS, they did have USB to charge your phone but using a hair dryer is an experience.

A comfortable stay close to the old town. The breakfast was really good with plenty of choice.

The bar seemed to be shut and it would have been nice to get a beer.

Three hangers for garments, asked for additional and received three more. Difficult for an eight day stay when attending an even. Hotel willing to provide more but closet wouldn’t accommodate, Rooms and bathroom could use an update. Security guard/front desk person at night is difficult to locate. Most of the staff are kind and helpful some are just rude/ not accommodating.

No hairdryer Tiny bathroom - so small it was difficult to get into the shower

The building is nice, the location was perfect (10 minutes walk from the Jaffa gate, in a nice and safe neighbourhood). The room was good, with a good bed and it was quite.

The day we arrived, the staff at the reception was awful. We needed to park our rental car. We knew the hotel has a small parking place (only 5 places), but it was full. In the neighbourhood, you can only park max 2 to 3 hours. So we asked where to park, if there is a public underground park garage. She said she did not know...with Waze, we have found one 10 minutes walk from the hotel at Mamilla. Plus she was unfriendly and wanted us to pay the room twice ! The second day, the lady at the reception was very nice and helpful...The bedroom as everywhere in Israel should be renovated.

Breakfast was lovely Room was horrible. When I checked in I asked if there was an upgrade available. He told me I had a big room The room barely fit the double bed Very disappointing !!!!

The refurbishing of the hotel, whenever it was done, is very nice. Good breakfasts.

I could not get any heat into the room. Fortunately it was not too cold when under the covers. I would not want to stay there on a cold night.
