Great location by the beach, super location. Nice and cozy room, strong air conditioning.

Very small restaurant and it is very hard or impossible to get the place for breakfast, very dirty windows, sometimes only cold water in the shower.

Total scam, DONT STAY HERE! I never had the chance to stay. I arrived 4am and there was no one on the reception, I went to a nearby store and ask him about the hotel and kindly called the phone number on the app. the lady that answered gave the code to the door and closed the call. He call her again since I didn't have a room number nor key. She provided a room number and then told look for the key!! I was not going to search for a key inside an empty restaurant, so I just left and had to get to another hotel. I asked several times for my money back and never had answer from them, I asked booking for my money back and the property said I did stayed!! How can hey proof it? I have proof of the other hotel check in!! but no one helped me. A few days later a friend had a similar issue with them, and I was told by other people that this is a recurrent practice from them, so don't stay here, don't lose your money because no one, not even booking will help you.

Breakfast is good, but served since 9am. Location is very nice, close to the beach. You can have a nice view from the window.

Although general impression is preety good, there are things that needs to be worked on in the hotel. 1. Place is not clean 2. Something in our bathroom was leaking and it was not fixed or cleaned during our stay. 3. You cannot eat breakfast before 9am! 4. Personnel is not helpful at all!

Great location, nice room but hard mattress and tall bed. We stayed only for one night, it's right in front of the beach. We arrived in the morning way before the check-in and because there was no room available, they were nice to keep our backpack so we can enjoy a nice walk on the beach. We didn't have food at their restaurant, but the smell was absolutely amazing.

Hard mattress and tall bed. When showering (in March) it gets pretty hot and doesn't have enough ventilation. I don't even want to imagine how it would be in the summer. No elevator and since it's right next to the beach, you can hear a lot of cars and noises anytime.

nothing! rooms was very bad toilett and shower were not clean enough. The toilet bowl was moving left and right when you sat down and was leaking water from the joint. the room is stuffy, the windows are very dirty and won't open. no breakfast servis before than 9:00 o'clock. because they dont have their own restaurant or breakfast area. There is a restaurant belonging to someone else on the ground floor and there is no service before 9:00. Our rooms was seaview but can't see it because of dirty window.! We used to stay in this hotel in the previous years, but everything has changed completely in a negative way.

Personnel, location, price -- are excellent.

Carpets at stairs and the bath at the room -- very "tired" and should be renovated.

location is amazing. close to the beach and to many restaurants. room is comfortable and also the bed is good. bot too big but for 1 or 2 people is ok. wifi working fine.

i checked in around 17.00 and no one was there to give me some information. the second day i didn’t get the cleaning done and i found it out around 16.30 and the people from the bar told me to call the manager and ask for cleaning. I thought it was included and nobody informed me about it.

I found the light switches somewhat difficult to work.

Room was very small and dark, no hall, hardly any space for suitcase to put on the floor. Bathroom was dirty when we arrived, not cleaned any time in 6 days although we said that we wish some cleaning (which should be obvious if you stay in a hotel). We got room service only once, the bed was made and towels were changed, but not even floor was wiped (we had lots of sand everywhere since we went to the beach). Fridge was leaking water on the floor and the whole suitcase bottom and clothes become wet. Staff was not interested in making our stay pleasant. I travel a lot but never experienced worse hotel in this price point, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

the location is good

The hotel is very dirty, a lot of bugs in the room and in the bathroom. We stayed 5 nights hut they did not cleaned our room, we had to ask for towels. The breakfast is the same in the all days, and It s only starts at 9. The restaurant is not the same with the hotel and the staff there was rude!

The staff were wonderful. Carried our luggage up the 4 flights of stairs Wonderful location.

the stuff wasn’t clear about anything , I didn’t have room service , all the time when was coming back the room was still the same , the wall wasn’t clean 🧼, and the room have no light enough !

I think you guys should really double check stuff around , it’ was a bit rough whoever the food was one of the best in Tel aviv like 👍🏾 amazing .

previous guests stuffs was inside our room. no cold water from the tap. AC stopped working after two days but we got a new room.

The location is very central, easy to come and go, the beach is 1 minute away, but because of that there is a lot of traffic noise in the room.

The hotel looks very neglected, we got 2 mid size towels that were clean but had stains, no help desk, the cold water didn't work well, the shower doors didn't prevent any water from running in the shower room. The windows were dirty, and the chair in the room had rust. We have stayed here before a few years ago, it was a better experience back than. Probably won't come back again.

The only positive thing one can say about this otherwise horrible hotel is that it's close to the sea.

Dirty and disgusting, they do not clean. The breakfast was poor and small, the window in my room didn't open, the bathroom was poorly equipped and basic things didn't function. The receptionist couldn't speak english properly - or just lacked the ability to communicate in general.
