Breakfast

Everything else, renovation of the premises including drilling, private partys in the hotel, rude staff, poor viewing from the window. I feel deceived as it is 4 star hotel, but it should be 1 due the state of it.

Hotel bardzo sympatyczny, może faktycznie wymaga lekkiego remontu aczlowiek na Malcie raczej aż tak bardzo nie skupiają się na luksusach, jeśli chodzi o czystość to codziennie sprzątany pokój pościelone czyste ułożone ręczniki. Personel pomocny uśmiechnięty. Basen wewnetrzny super sprawa czysto bezpiecznie, fajne sale zabaw dla dzieci no a największy plus daje za śniadania.. może i monotonne ale tak ogromny wybór że codziennie mozna spróbować czegoś innego od śniadania na słodko po francusku, po śniadanie angielskie jak i Polskie ogromny wybór pieczywa jak i ciast do kawki, cały czas posiłki są dokładane nie ma co się martwić że czegoś zabraknie przed końcem pory śniadaniowej. Fajna cena w stosunku do jakości.

Rooms need new furniture, tv in bedroom, and rooms can be designed better

Nothing for the whole

Early check in. Nice room with a lot of space. We were provided with a kettle, tea, coffee and a big bottle of mineral water. Air-conditioned and having a TV with a lot of stations. Nice bathroom with a bath and shower and very good pressure of water. Breakfast and Dinner were delicious and great entertainment. We thank Soreda for making us most welcomed

There wasn't anything particular that we didn't like...but if I had to mention something I would suggest that in the future the management might consider in investing in bigger sets of TV.

cleaning service came at 4pm, would have preferred if it came in the morning as we did not have towels for an early afternoon bath. Play area was not supervised so at times there were kids over 8yrs playing rough with younger children present

Service, food and cleaness were excellent.

We were very disappointed during our weekend break. When we went to use the spa and the wellness area (indoor pool and the jacuzzi), we found a kids pool party on both Saturday and Sunday which made it impossible to use the spa and the wellness area. The sauna was closed. Also, this was supposed to be a pet friendly hotel(the reason why we have chosen this hotel)but we weren't allowed to enter the main restaurant with the dog and we missed the entertainment. They told us to stay in the kids area. Pet friendly area was closed too Old bathroom

I had a fantastic stay at the Soreda Xmas Eve & Xmas day . Everything was exceptional . Room , Staff , facility’s & the food was amazing .
