Poor bread selection. Brown "home made" stale and staff member commented"it seems OK to me"
Wine in bar served in filthy glass, when brought to batman's attention did not even offer apology. Had food in bar( only dining available) same barman came to table with 2 glasses of Merlot which were not ordered or for us(were for table next to ours). However when paying bill for food I was billed for same 2 glasses as well as 2 glasses of Shiraz which we had.when I pointed out the error he went off and after being left standing there for about 10 min a (presumably) manager came to me and announced that she had deducted cost of said 2 glasses from my bill.(I thought an apology would be appropriate). Overall staff were not very pleasant or nice.

Very comfy bed, great shower, clean, good leisure facilities, pleasant & helpful staff.
Room was very dark, even with the lights on & one bedside light wasn't working. Bathroom door exceptionally creaky & disrupted sleep during the night.

Great location, great staff and excellent room

it was a great reception for the wedding we attended
the beds were small, it was very dated and the bathrooms weren’t great especially the shower

The creaky floors, can be heard in rooms beside and above. Not good if you're a light sleeper.

Lifts weren't working and we weren't made aware off this and I'd mobility issues

no heating the 1st night room was freezing. had to ask for a extra blanket the next day.lights went out the last night of our stay.Then came on in the middle of the night. The music was unbearable.

nice staff, nice room, lovely room, good coffee and restaurant area
not a big issue but bulb was out in a lamp and it got very hot in room where I had to leave windows open all night and not use the duvet

We had no heating working in our room , they gave us an electric heater which was not very good. We asked on arrival about breakfast and were told it would be 11 euros each which was not a problem. When we went to pay in the morning we were charged nearly 13 euros each. We had a meal booked for 7.30pm it was just short of an hour wait before we received the meal.

The room was clean and airy and enough for our needs. The entertainment was good on Friday and Saturday nights. The highlight of the stay was the friendless of the staff, from receptionist, waitresses to the bar staff they were all fantastic. A special shout out to Tori and Charlene behind the bar, they took good care of us.
The main criticism would be the menu. We ate in the hotel on 2 nights but the menu is a bit limited.

Very comfortable hotel , helpful and accommodating staff . Great facilities good restaurant and breakfast with reasonable prices ,and central location. Situated in pleasant surroundings with good parking etc.
No complaints.

Couple above us screamed at each other half the night, also smoked out their bedroom window as the smoke was coming in our window causing it very difficult to get any sleep. Complained to the staff but it never made much of a difference.
