Direkte Anbindung an die S-Bahn und zentrumsnahe Lage

Fehlendes Bild im Zimmer, vier leere Dübel an der Wand. Die Dame beim Check-In hatte fachlich und sprachlich die Lage nicht im Griff. W-LAN: Login war erst nach Anpassung der (eigentlich korrekten) Daten möglich, schaltete sich dann Tags drauf komplett ab und war erst durch einen Voucher, der an der Rezeption erfragt werden musste, wiederherzustellen. Eine Gratisflasche Wasser wäre bei dem Zimmerpreis auch für Nicht-Superiorgäste nicht Zuviel verlangt.

The location was convenient and the hotel has many amenities.

With the exception of 3 staff members, everyone who worked on the property was incredibly rude and dismissive. As an American traveling abroad and staying at an American owned property, I expected the same respect that I have been shown at other Hilton properties to transfer to their abroad location. However this was not the case. As soon as the staff heard an American accent/spoken language, the friendly disposition they had originally quickly faded. The entire ordeal left a sting that has me considering to never book with Hilton again. Corporate needs to be made aware.

Le service et l’hospitalité laisse à désirer : pas de possibilité d’avoir de café car la cuisine ouvre à 16h00, un restaurant accessible par l’extérieur et non l’hôtel, 7€ pour qu’on se serve soit même dans des “cups”, un housekeeping qui insiste pour faire la chambre à 9:15 alors que nous sommes toujours dans la chambre. Le service n’est pas vraiment digne d’un hôtel comme le Hilton.

המלון מתוחזק בצורה בלתי רגילה, נקי מאוד, החדרים גדולים ומעוצבים בצורה מודרנית ונעימה. במלון מסעדה מעולה בשם מונה ובר שפעיל בשעות הערב. מהמלון יש גישה ישירה לתחנת הרכבת ובה מספר קווים לאזורים שונים בעיר. מלון פשוט מעולה!!!!!

ביחס לכל הטוב השירות של צוות היה ענייני ופחות לבבי.

Everything was fab

The best thing about the hotel was the excellent breakfast, the quiet rooms and the great location. Metro station is right next to the hotel. Several good restaurants near the hotel in a quiet area.

Hemen yanında metro var . Bir çok yere yürüme mesafesinde. Otel temiz ve şık. Akşam dahi oturup kahve içeceğiniz şık bir otel.

Nice hotel

Location is a little farther away for where we wanted to go

Loved that it is very conveniently located, close enough to the historic center, and close to the subway station. Rooms are clean and cozy.

Situation géographique, chambre et calme (chambre bien isolé)

Mauvaise communication avec méthode de paiement à la réception (caution + pré-check,...), bruit climatisation et bouteille d'eau à la chambre payante

1- Fast check-in / check-out. 2- The location since it's near the metro. 3- Comfortable bed and clean room.

1- Before arrival date, the hotel tried to charge the cost of the night from my visa card. I informed them over the phone that I will pay the amount upon arrival, and they agreed. However, they still attempted to charge the amount even several days after I checked-out !! I contacted the hotel multiple times regarding this issue, and after five days from the check-out date these attempts were finally stopped. 2- The air-condition not cold only 50% 3- The reception staff has one authorization staff only if you want to pay in cash and you have to wait till he got free time or his shift to finish the check-in, check-out, or refund your guarantee amount.

Everything was easy and my schedule was busy so the perfect hotel for my requirements, thank you best robert

Free shuttle service to old town

- قربه من محطة القطار. - سلاسة تسجيل الدخول والخروج. - سرعة وصول المصعد😁 لم أر فندق سابقاً بهذه السرعة إلى درجة أنك لا تنتظر ولا 10 ثواني.

- الوسائد غير مريحة. - عدم توفير أحذية الغرفة (السليبر) إلا بعد الطلب، وتأخر توفيرها. - أرضية الحمام تستمر مبللة مدة طويلة دون وجود منفذ لتصريف الماء، بخلاف أرضية الدش.

not don’t like but maybe a “nice to have” suggestion to provide more body wash and shampoo as there were two of us and one bottle of body wash and shampoo wasn’t enough. Also there were two of us but only one bottle of drinking water supplied for our entire 5 days of stay and we had to go buy drinking water everyday.

The location was ideal. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and city center. Isar River was close by as well. I found the staff at the property to be exceptional. Well trained, friendly and motivated about their work.

Upon check out, I asked for an email copy of my bill receipt. Later on checking my email, I found that I had not received it. Please send again to [email protected] Additionally, I took a taxi parked outside to get to the HBH to continue on my trip. Unfortunately, en route to the Bahnhoff, I was berated by the driver (said he came to Germany as an Iraqi refugee) and proceeded to hurl verbal abuse at Americans and praise of Putin and how he should launch nuclear missles to punish us. I let him know his outbursts were unacceptable. Just a note you may want to mention to tourists visiting the hotel to be careful riding the taxis out front of the property.

Then hotel is very well located, close to the S Bahn so easynti access from the airport. The bex was very comfortable.

I would have liked to have more bread in the breakfast... I know it is.not important but the bread was not enough...
