朝食の種類が多く美味しかった。受付以外のスタッフ達がとても感じよかった。

受付担当者がポケトーク(自動翻訳機)を使用した会話しかできず、大変不便で感じ悪い。(英語すら話せない) また、タクシーを読んでもらった際、乗車前の支払いと到着時の支払いがあり、乗車前は44元、到着時支払いは19元と大差があり受付担当者の態度が大変不親切。2度と宿泊したくない最低のホテル。

レセプションスタッフのレベルが低すぎる。 英語が話せないスタッフが多く、翻訳機で対応し、こちらの質問に正しく答えてない。態度も悪すぎる。 地下鉄の駅まで、遠かった。

I was central.

No fridge. Not English TV channels. Very smelly especially when they decided to wash the hallway carpets. Staff not friendly. Bed was a rock and extremely hard. Like sleeping on the floor.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Das Badezimmer großzügig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig . Das Hotel war ruhig und man hörte auch in der Nacht keinen Lärm. Das Hotell liegt 8 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn entfernt . Ein paar Gehminuten entfernt ist ein großer Supermarkt, wo man auch köstlich essen gehen kann.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich aber nicht alle Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption konnten Englisch.

The bed is very comfortable and room cleaning top notch. They provide slippers, bath robes and essentials. The TV is huge..maybe 50-60 inch? The bathroom is nicely designed with glass blocks wall. Water pressure is excellent. They have humidifier and dehumidifier, fridge on request but the air con is too hot..lol . We just left it off and enjoy the cool breezes from the window. Breakfast is from 6.30am to 9.30am. lots of Beijing local foods like dumplings, paos, noodles, fried rice etc. I love the Taiwan sausages, sweet buns and the yogurt. For drinks I always choose hot milk n soy milk.hubb loves their coffee. Location is easy to find. Once you reach tianqiao subway station, exit d or c. D has stairs so c is better if you have luggage. Once you exit c, look for temple of heaven entrance, then turn 180c and walk on ...you will reach holiday inn express in 15-20 mins. There is a huge wumart just 5 mins away from holiday inn main entrance. Don't miss the delicious roast duck there...on your left at main mall entrance. We stayed 10 nights...wanted to stay longer but exhausted from all the walks daily. Would visit and stay at holiday inn express again if we go back to Beijing.

Nothing much..to complain about except the girls don't speak English much but enough to help us with museums bookings.

The location is great. There were several places to eat in 5 min walking distance, supermarket on the 1st floor of the hotel building, There were variety of dishes for breakfast, mainly Chinese cuisine. Some sights are in the walking distance (Temple of Heaven and the Gardens, Theatre etc)

The smell of cigarettes from neighbouring rooms. The air conditioning is not very good.

Отличное расположение, прямо в центре города. До многих достопримечательностей можно добраться пешком. Номера показались больше, чем аналогичных гостиницах в Европе

Кухня довольно скудная, особенно, если вы мусульманин. Но рядом достаточно кафе, где можно вкусно поесть.

Perfect location to visit Temple of Heaven and it isn’t too far from the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square

When I arrived, my bathroom wasn’t clean, and the room looked very old and outdated. They wanted to charge me double the taxi fare to visit the Great Wall. I ended up organising the journey myself, and it turned out much cheaper! I would have been better off paying a bit extra for a better hotel experience.

Breakfast was good.

Our room was on level 8 and it smelled of cigarette in the morning even it was a no-smoking floor.

Personeel sprak geen Engels. Weinig restaurants in de buurt en het ontbijt was redelijk

Het ontbijt is dik in orde. Voldoende keuze tussen Aziatisch en westerse keuken. Gratis koffie en thee de ganse dag. Het personeel spreekt een beetje Engels wat aangenaam is. De ligging is goed, bladzij se tempel van de hemel en op ci 15 min. Per taxi van tianamen en de verboden stad.

Redelijk harde bedden. Personeel achter receptie is afstandelijk en niet echt vriendelijk.

the breakfast is very good with many choices, and they rotate some of the dishes each morning so you don't feel bored after stayed for a few days. The hotel located in a very quiet residential neighborhood but still very convenient and close to The Temple of Heaven park and another park. There are convenient stores right around the corner and many restaurants nearby.

-ทางเดินในตัวโรงแรม เหม็นกลิ่นบุหรี่หนักมาก -สถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน ที่ใกล้สุดคือ tianqiao (line8) แต่ก็เดินไกลอยู่ -พนักงานตรง lobby บางคน ไม่ค่อยยิ้มแย้ม

Хорошее расположение, до метро не более 10 минут. Рядом Храм Неба. Отличные завтраки. Полотенца меняли ежедневно. Можно бронировать без оплаты и оплачивать на месте наличными.

La ubicación

Se aprovechan de los turistas, nuestro primer día nos ofrecen un chófer para una excursión y viniendo del hotel como vamos a pensar q nos están estafando. Nos cobraron 1400 yuanes, al día siguiente diferente recorrido pero el mismo tiempo 100 yuanes. Eso sí, al terminar la excursión el chófer se quedó allí con el recepcionista...

The carpet in the room was filthy. It needs a deep clean.

The receptionists were very kind and helpful. Specially Alisa made all the efforts to support us in variety of areas, from the room and facilities, operating the laundry corner (I needed help as I don't have WeChat), advise about sites to see and public transportation and always being nice and smiling. Alisa made the difference from ordinary hotel stay to homelike feeling during our stay. Breakfast was good with a lot to choose from Laundry corner was very useful with self service laundry and dryer machines

The girls at the reception were very helpful except for the man who was always at the desk, not bothered to try and help us when we asked. We had booked bus tickets to the Great Wall of china and asked for help to book the admission ticket on WeChat, the man told us to cancel our bus tickets as there was no space and book his tours instead telling us we wouldn’t be able to get to the wall, not really bothered to try help us, however later on that evening we asked again and the girls were very helpful and booked us the admission tickets instantly with many tickets still available causing unnecessary stress all day due to us having bought non refundable bus tickets but no admission wall tickets
