The hotel is very good. You can understand that it is recently renovated. Especially, the bathroom is exceptional, also the new decoration in the room as well as the bed. It also has a nice terrace you can relax (and smoke, if you are a smoker). The location is also decent, not far from the old town but also close to several bus stations. Surely recommended to anyone wants to visit Palma.

Breakfast was good, but it could have been slightly better, for example eggs were missing.

First day check-in person was really kind & helpful. My friend was unhappy with the cleaning & next day the cleaning lady fixed it. We needed 2 glasses with ice & he immediately arranged. Next day we could checkout 1hr later💃They even called a cab when we requested them🙏

Second day staff, the man there was weird. Breakfast is really sad & even that is gaurded😬 One man wanted to take one pastry with him & he was shouted at😅 I even skipped one breakfast! Also open till 10 only. Like who on vacation wants that! Way too expensive stay for what we really got!

The property is clean, rooms are decent for a short stay. Front desk staff are very nice.

Clean and beautiful. Friendly staff. There was always someone at the reception. They provided us with everything we asked for. Really helpful and kind. Value for money. I would definitely want to go back there.

The window in the bathroom opened to nothing, it had no net so insects could have come inside also the a/c unit on the ceiling. Also if the hotel offered parking slots for it's customers it would have been really helpful.
