Fantastic location. Property manager Noemi was great, helpful with parking and always responsive. Loved the modern apartment, kitchen well stocked. Nice welcome for New Years - chocolates, cold champagne, gourmet teas, coffee.

It's a very nice apartment just in the centre of the town. Everything is very near to reach and the apartment is very well equipped. It has a nice big kitchen with all the kitchen stuff you can need. Actually, we didn't find anything to complain about. The host was very friendly, he wrote me before our coming and gave me all the information I needed to find the place and even where to park (old town - paid option only). He met us on the street and let us in when we arrived.

Lovely clean apartment. Separate bathroom & additional separate toilet great when just friends or non family members staying. Nice sized terrace. Excellent location near Palace, Cathedral harbour & shops. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would recommend accommodation.

Apartment was 4 floors up with no lift which was difficult with luggage on arrival/departure but the converse waswe had the benefit of the private outdoor terrace with table & chairs. Some smaller pans & a microwave would have been useful.

Location, Location, Location. Walk everywhere. Close to shops and restaurants. Bus /taxis to beaches. Bathrooms were good size as were bedrooms. Overall it was great! I would book again!

A little worn but fine. . Beds were a little uncomfortable. Kitchen was tight.

The apartment was very central so easy to pop back and forth with shopping, getting changed to go out for dinner, etc. Although there is no balcony there is a nice shared terrace at the top of the apartment block.

Apartment was a little dark so we had to keep the lights on most of the time but overall it was a nice apartment and we would return there.

The apartment was situated in a perfect location and the host Noemi made a special effort to get our keys to us on arrival rather than having to wait until the normal check in time and this was very much appreciated.

You absolutely cannot beat the location and the views from the apartment. It was chilly and rainy during our visit but the private patio is such a bonus. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basics, the beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have two bathrooms. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment is in the center of Palma near shops and restaurants. Spacious, clean and comfy rooms.

The apartment has a great location near the port and the cathedral. The kitchen and bathroom equipment is perfect, we did not miss anything. There is a coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine. A bottle of wine was waiting for us in the refrigerator. Very nice and practical is the roof terrace with beautiful views of the city. The contact person was Noemi, her care and communication with her was amazing. We have good experience with taxi services, transfer from and to the airport was without problems. There are several restaurants on the small square near the apartment. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Great location

Nice place, good heating and well equipped kitchen. Clean. A cold bottle of Prosecco in the fridge was a plus.

Location, reverse osmosis water filter, complimentary bottle of Cava and mineral water.

Bathroom was not clean and it was impossible to get out of the shower without the floor being totally flooded from the dripping shower doors. Bed was in a really tight spot with hardly space on each side to get in and out.

location was superb and Gaston was very helpful when we had some problems. Having heating was useful as the weather was wet and chilly

More furniture required ie at least a small table by the plug area in the lounge for charging phones etc there was a lack of decent lighting, lamps etc. No hooks whatsoever in bedrooms, we had to hang our towels in the wardrobe on hangers. Double bedroom very dark. Hot water very erratic and certainly not enough for four showers - let alone a bath
