Great communication with staff for checkin/ checkout. We arrived early in the day and they even let us check in earlier as soon as the room was ready. Great location, in a quiet area but also close to the centre.

The apartment was great retaining its character, although only having one bedroom so we used the sofa bed, having two shower rooms and the wonderful terrace, made the apartment just great for our trip. our host was also really helpful, with lockers for early bag drop or late pick up.

nothing really was better than we hoped for

Very comfortable, clean and beautiful apartment in an excellent location! The hostess was very helpful, kind and there was immediacy in communication! On the plus side is also the fact that she helped us with the luggage as we arrived much earlier than the check in time!

I can’t put it into “didn’t like” bean but I’d suggest to provide guests with bigger shower towels as the one I had was not quite good

The rooms were quite sizeable, and clean. The location was the very center of historic Palma. We had a supermarket nearby, also with cafes. We mainly made our breakfast by ourselves in the room, the kitchen was sufficient for that.

The large apartment was in the cellar, thus quite dim. Yet we did anticipate a bit darkeŕ apartment and it did not bother us. We planned to sleep there only, get around the city, and get back to change and get drinks before hitting nightlife.

The pictures were slightly misleading, in that there were in fact no common areas in what was in effect a unit of apartments.
