- Comfortable bed in a fairly clean room. - We arrived after check in time and no receptionisnt was around. We tried the number provided and got an answer. They said they were on their way. 30 minutes later still no receptionist so we called again. It must have been 10 minutes after that we were able to check in. - The room was checked and put in to order before we could go up. The receptionist was actually very nice and helpful and gave us a leaflet from the Cameron Highlands tours. - WiFi kept coming and going, we were told to find the box in the hallway and switch it off and on again. - The window was open when we arrived and very hard to close, many bugs and mosquitoes in our room. - Ok for the price we paid and location was perfect.

Location is very central in the main street of Tanah Rata.

There was a lot of mold in the bath room, bed sheets were not clean and there was a disgusting smell in the whole hotel. Both my wife and kids became sick and we checked out earlier than booked. Hotel staff behaved very friendly but no compensation on unspent nights possible.

Was given a room a the top floor of the building, no lift. Have to climb flights of stairs with suitcases. Bathroom flush not working properly. Bed was terrible. Mattress was sunk in the middle.

The price is cheap. Can get under rm50. Suit for short trip.

A good stay for me. Worth every penny spent. Im really satisfied with the facilities and sort of that. No ac provided, fan only but its already freezing. Water heater also provided which you will need to take a bath. Water sooooo cold.
