La ubicación, la atención y la calidad - precio

La habitación cumplió mis expectativas, incluso las superó, con una pequeña terracita con vistas muy bonitas de los alrededores, un buen tamaño y lo esencial para estar cómodos. La cama muy cómoda y la ubicación de 10, ya que quedaba a pocos minutos andando de la playa y justo a unos pasos de la zona central de Tossa. También resultaba fácil aparcar por las inmediaciones. El trato fue en todo momento cercano y amable. La sorpresa fue el jacuzzi de la azotea, y la piscina/jacuzzi del sótano, un espacio para relajarse totalmente. Teniendo en cuenta la habitación, el servicio y la ubicación, la relación calidad-precio es de 10.

La señora Francisca es estupenda nos atendió súper bien, nos sentimos como en casa es una persona muy amable y todo el personal lo recomiendo. La habitación tiene terraza grande puedes tomar algo en la noche.

Perfect location, in the city center, few minutes walking to the beach. the room was spacious and clean with a nice balcony.
The bar downstairs is conveniant and has better prices than elsewhere in the town.
Very friendly and polite lady at the reception and the bar. We would go back to Hermes nex time.

The owner /manager was so friendly, I am a solo female traveller as she made me feel welcome and helped me to enjoy my stay!
Great pool and rooftop terrace and a bar /cafe food, big supermarket up the road and next to the bus station!

great location as literally a few minutes walk from shops, supermarkets, restaurants, the beach, the castle and the bus station. clean and good value for money plus owner and staff so friendly
only suggestion would be perhaps offer tea and coffee facilities for the room? could always get drinks and food from the restaurant downstairs but a cup of tea first thing in the morning without needing to get dressed and leave the room would be a luxury if possible in future - otherwise I didn’t dislike anything. this is a wonderful property

great basic hotel in good position ready to get taxi back to airport next day. simple clean room with all you need at a very reasonable price. little balcony. popular locals bar downstairs. rooftop jacuzzi was old very simple but fun...unheated in october but still pleasant to sit in in the sun!

Location was perfect. Every day our beds were made and we got clean towels. The air conditioning in the room is very efficient and the shower is very good. Food and drink at the hotel is very good too.

Great Location to the beach and downtown. The room is cozy but perfect if traveling alone. It had a cute balcony and the staff was super friendly! I will be staying here next time I come to Tossa!

Jacuzzi was great on the rooftop, room was fair but nothing special, was super clean and the staff were friendly. Cheap bar downstairs. location is ideal

Everything clean, close to the beach, parking. Pn the other side of the street there is another hotel that every evening had life music. If you happen to have a balcony on this side it’s a perfect place to enjoy the music.
The cleaning lady started to clean other rooms already before 8am, moving chairs and some other heavy things. Very noisy.

The most comfortable hotel bed i've slept on . spotlessly clean .
ideal for the beech and town . We didnt eat at the restaurant but the food looked lovely . If i could mark this 10 out of 10 it woyld be a 12 .

I had a very nice stay at the Hermes hotel. I got an upgrade of the room when I arrived. I booked a room for 1p but I got a room for 2p when I arrived because it was not very crowdy. The lady of the hotel was super friendly, she gave me a map and tips to visit in Tossa. The swimming cool downstairs is very nice. The room is clean, mine had a balcony. The hotel is very close from everything, 5 min from the busstop, 10 minutes from the beach. I recommend!
Unfortunately the jaccuzi was not open due to covid

Great location with friendly staff and customers. I was upgraded to a double room for free as it was quiet in October. Excellent value drinks in the cosy bar or terrace. My second stay at this hotel. Would thoroughly recommend.
