The beautiful crisp cotton pillow and sheets. The cleanliness was exceptional. The cleaning staff really helpful and efficient. The jewel in this place is David on reception who sorted out EVERY PROBLEM. Proximity to old and new town and bus and rail stations makes this a must return property

There was a pillar in the middle of the room that made movement and busy very difficult

Amei o quarto, o conforto e as facilidades de ter chá, chaleira e água. Adorei que eles possuem um microondas na recepção e até croissants para as pessoas a vontade. Chás e cafés.

Bel établissement, propre et moderne. Facile à trouver, la literie est confortable.

En horario de la mañana quería hablar con el encargado por temas del check-out pero no me fue posible por ningún medio tener contacto, sin embargo encontré por casualidad a la señora del aseo quien fue que me ayudo

Habitación sin estridencias, pero muy cómoda y bien distribuída. Probablemente la mejor habitación calidad-precio en las que he estado. Fetén!

Buscarle defectos sería en este caso, excesivo

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The shower was AMAZING! The staff was very polite and friendly. The location is pretty good, about 15/20 minutes walking to most of the main attractions. And price was good for what we got

Muy cerca del centro y de la estación. Habitaciones individuales funcionales, con todo lo necesario. Hay nevera y secador. Guardan las maletas en taquillas.

Great location in Girona. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel is clean overall.

It wasn’t the easiest to get potable water. They have a water dispenser in the common areas but once it’s finished, no place to buy or get more.

Je hebt er alles wat je nodig hebt. Ook waterkoker en gratis drinkwater. Alles was erg netjes en hygienisch. De locatie is prima: dicht bij het historisch centrum en dichtbij het trein-en busstation. Zeer vriendelijk en toegewijd personeel.

Geluidshinder van andere gasten op de gang. Er was een putjesgeur in de kamer de eerste dag, maar nadat ik de poetsvrouw hierover aansprak heeft ze dit goed opgelost.

No contar con recepción las 24 horas; aunque era muy seguro, se ingresaba con código.

The room was nice, very close to the station and city centre.

The check in system is very bad. They give you a password to enter the hotel and room, but they changed ours in the middle of the night so we couldn't enter the hotel or room. Luckily we checked the booking app and saw they messaged us in the night a different number then giving us during in check. The next day both numbers didn't work and there was no one at the reception or picking up the phone.

Nothing

A wonderful place for a quick stay or you just need a comfortable place to sleep. Not a lot of facilities, but what's there is very thoughtful and everything is super clean. Nice big bathrooms and the location can't be beat.

There were a few niggles with the check-in because we arrived separately for the two rooms, but staff sorted it quick enough and had a great manner despite it already being 11pm when we arrived.

They have another location/hotel as well, on short disctance. The "Erba "location has 24 reception, with posibility to store bikes safely. Great service. The room was spotless. Clean and luxerus. I liked also the communal room with snacks and free drinks.

The time to check-in, That took a while.

The room was very clean and the location was just perfect. Also air condition worked perfectly when it was 40 degrees celsius outside!

The room was smaller than we expected

Cozy clean room, very good stuff, that send me instructions of self-check-in abd then quickly replied to me, when I had problems with that procedure.

There were some problems with automatic check-in, with so-called Roomatic, that said, that my reservation number is wrong. Fortunately, stuff helped me via WhatsApp very quickly
