Excellent services and high quality rooms. Connected to shopping mall

The bed was very comfy!

There weren’t wall sockets beside the bed or near the TV so you could not charge your devices by the bed.

Got a free upgrade! Really kind staff!

Locations was excellent, duck restaurant, team and spa room was excellent, room service was lovely, staff were hospitalise and responsive. Late check out was not a problem!

Cue for check in, lack of service at executive lounge, had to go and ask 3 times to get more wine, only knew you could order breakfast a la carte because our friends stayed there, would have liked to of known this from the servers.

Stunning views of the city and excellent customer service! The staff has made my birthday weekend special with a free room upgrade featuring a view of the Forbidden City and some wonderful treats. I appreciate their warm accommodation and hospitality. I am normally afraid of heights but my fear has been defeated by the homey ambiance that exists up there. Will definitely come back someday!

loved the service, the friendliness, recognising us from previous visits, satisfying our every need and request, the dinner at the chef’s table was.tremendous. the breakfast, as ever, delicious.

we were provided with a very warm welcome and some lovely extras for our anniversary. the room was lovely. breakfast was delicious and the lounge area was a welcome treat too. I also left a charger in the room and they contacted me directly to let me know. we are going back on the 22nd and we will pick it up then.

It was very busy so check in and check out took a long time. Not really the hotel’s fault though.
