Perfect location, very nice staff, cosy bar, good rooms

It’s rated as a four star hotel but next to your hotel room there is just a gym and the (pretty small) bar. No roofterrace, no quiet place to sit, no garden, no swimming pool.

La grandeur de la chambre

L'insonnorisation des chambres est à revoir, beaucoup de bruit depuis le couloir et les autres chambres (discussions, ronflement, coup contre les murs et sur la dalle) ainsi que de la rue. J ai demandé un grand lit double et j ai eu 2 lits séparés. Je trouve que le petit déjeuné à 30.- par personne est surtaxé.

朝食はおいしかった。駅から徒歩で数分であり、ロケーションが良かった。元旦で多くのレストランが閉まっていたが、駅のスーパーでいろいろな食材を買い込むことができた。

朝食はおいしかったが、狭いレストランだったので、体調が悪そうで咳をしている他の団体客の近くの席になってしまい、感染しないか心配だった。

Confort du lit et des coussins. Chambre mal insonorisée (entendu tousser le voisin). Pas de parking à l'hôtel.

Sauberes, gut ausgestattetes und ruhiges Zimmer gegen die Rückseite des Hauses. Angenehmes Bett. Nettes Ambiente. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr zentrale Lage.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und wurde zudem durch die Dachschräge begrenzt. Es war nur eine sehr kleine Arbeitsfläche für Arbeiten am PC verfügbar.

Douche petite et petit déjeuner excessivement cher

Very comfortable, relaxing and convenient hotel. Lobby is cafe and bar. Walk out from the hotel is a walking street, shops, restaurants, market and attractions around the corner. Worth for money.

Excelente ubicación, personal amable, habitación bastante amplia, personal sumamente amable, amenidades como dulces y fruta en cualquier momento, el servicio de transporte para turistas incluido.

El tamaño del área de mesas un poco reducido, pero aceptable

Excellent location in the centre of the old village. The Hotel is very British style, there is a place to do computer work while having a snack. However, the hotel is pushing a bit on the 4 stars, based on general newness, quality of servers, and comfort of the room. Ex, there was plenty of room for a sofa or something of comfort, but only a table and a hard chair were provided. Also, the bathroom drains were plugged. Nevertheless the reception staff were very kind and helpful with guidance around the city and restaurant suggestions. Overall, though, the price of the room was fairly excessive for the quality of the hotel and the factilities (mostly not available).

Not the view or the voices next to 418 room was so noisy because of the next door cleaning stuff in it. Every time was it open and close the room was shaking as a bomb of the huge voices that comes out of it. Choose different stuff that can be more helpful with changing my room when I complained from the very early noises that come out of opening and closing the door by the cleaning lady. They react on my request with saying she will not open the door and close it of the clean stuff the whole day the whole day. When I was wakings up everyday in the morning because of it. It was three nights of hell. I already told them even that I changed my old hotel to you hoping for a better quality of employee that can be more flexible, especially when I am getting disturbed in my sleeping. Even tho I payed for 3 nights almost 800€ and I see it is such a pathetic situation. The cleaning lady herself , and the laundry lady, they are so kind, so nice at super helpful than anyone else in the information desk .

left my apple Airpods in the room and was 100% sure it was on the sofa bed. Unfortunately was hot able to be found by housekeeping staff.

breakfast area was crowded and the high tables were not too comfortable. room was good but duvets couldn’t be more substantial.

Location was great - easy walks to all the sights and tours. The hotel facilities are excellent - and the associated restaurant/bar was of good quality - the coffee was excellent. The room was spacious, quiet and clean and the bed was comfortable

The room had limited power points - and those that were there were poorly located - ie at the floor to wall junction.

Breakfast was simple and could have benefited from more choice of fruit. Bat closed on Sunday evening (but then again not unusual in Bern!)
