- appartment on the pictures and in reallity are completely different - it was not possible to connect to the WIFI - sheets we ready just for large bad, but appartment was sold for 5 people. The rest of the sheets were still wet and drying. - we saw some bugs in the kitchen

Easy to enter.

This is probably the worst accommodation experience I've ever had in my 20+ years of traveling. The photos are misleading and leave a false impression. The building the apartment is in is dirty, run down and right out of a scary movie. It says no smoking in or outside, but the window seal in the hallway right next to the apartment door was full of ashtrays and cigarette butts. Upon entrance we were met by a drying rack with bedding on it drying. The place was filthy and smelled like mold. No cooling. Mops, buckets, and other unsightly stuff was scattered at random places. I swept a handful of dust when checking the dining room chair before I sat on it. The bedding smelled like other people, no kidding, it had not been changed. The coffee pot not working. Sink dirty with mold on the wall. ONE fork only. Missing hinges. Unsightly holes in the walls/doors near the floor. The concept of the shower in the kitchen...I'm not even going to start on that. Traveling with 2 kids, I was not going to let my kids sleep in such a place. It was so horrible that we only stayed for 3 hours until we made different arrangements. We changed our flight and left Vienna that same day. Pay more, stay somewhere decent.

Shower was clogged and dirty, so water was overflowing with dirt on our feet which was disgusting.

Check in was easy. Communication with the host was efficient. The bed was comfortable.

The apartment feels a bit dated and old. A few things were either broken or not fully functional.

The location was good, as well as the fact that there was hot water all the time. The room was quiet but.. Although the sheets and towels may have been previously washed, the apartment must have not been occupied recently and the high air moisture made the sheets and towels smell like mold. Thus, we had to sleep in the couch for the first night. The toilet could have been better, as the lid was not there, and the light was malfunctioning. The orientation of things was not ideal, (the sink was outside of the toilet, the glass in the bath was full transparent and next to the kitchen, making shower a challenge). On the other side, when we commuted the sheet-towel problem with the host, the next day he send cleaning stuff and replaced them all. Overall, the communication was good, the location was good but in my opinion the house must be double checked for the aforementioned ones, before the next arrivals.

Once one person is cooking another one qt the same time is showering. Shower is in the kitchen

The location is very good.

Too much Photoshop on the photos...so it wasn't that new as we thought. The fan in the bathroom didn't work.

It was cheap, transportation was close, direct line between the airport, grocery store nearby. Necessary things for cooking were available.

The refrigerator does not cool enough. It is easy to burn yourself with hot water.

Good location near bus station and about 5 min to railway station.

The flat was cozy and perfect for us, we found everything we needed inside, all clean and cute, amazing location, 3 minutes by walk to the nature and very easy to reach the bus station or metro, if heading to the center. Would definitely choose it again!
