Location of hotel for walking in the national park.

At was slightly cold in the hotel.

The hotel is really nice with a lot of cute objects on the walls and the hotels has an open hostel vibe. We will definitely visit the hotel again.

The room and bathroom were clean, the beds comfortable. Breakfast (included) was good. Location excellent to visit the paisaje lunar or el Teide.

The check in was not very welcoming. The owners seem bored of 'just another tourist' , show no other interest than to make money out of you. Papa, who served breakfast was slightly more friendly. The food was not very good. The meat was basically a big lump of fat. The vegetables reheated and overcooked.

-dirty room and bathroom, extra pillow in the wardrobe was so disgusting, we didn't want to touch it. There was hair, dust and blood stains on it -incredibly uncomfortable beds (springs were coming out!) - asked for cleaning service, it never came - asked for a blow drier 3 times, it never came - asked for an extension cable (there's only one plug in the room which had to be used for the electric heater since the normal heaters didn't work) - it never came - first day we arranged for breakfast at 11 (after the breakfast hours) but restaurant was closed - second day we had to wait 30 minutes for breakfast because the owner forgot to inform the breakfast service we were eating...

Great place to stay of you plan on hiking the Teide. Located in a small quiet village. Rooms are big enough. Did not have any heating in the room but were offered electrical device if needed. Decided to have dinner there, great food and huge portion ! The rabbit is very nice if you want to taste local food. Breakfast was included in the room, enough to feed us before a day of hikes in the Teide

Perfect little hotel in Vilaflor. Small clean room, very accommodating host if you have specific requests. Breakfast fills you up before heading out for a hike. Restaurant serves nice typical Canarian dishes in the evening.

We liked the staff friendliness and the old character of the interior. Food was great too.

Quaint country theme and the kind nature of the owner. The bar looked well stocked and plenty of catering facilities in place.

The room took a while to cool down but the fan helped it wasn’t a big problem. But then again I don’t do well in tropical climates.

Great location close to the Teide National Park. The food was really good, everything homemade. The place is nice and quiet. Perfect base to go hiking around.

There was no wifi in the room, but it didn't bother me that much.

The breakfast was nice. For dinner, you can go to a pizza place nearby - a very decent place.

If you have any questions or special requests, I advise writing in Spanish. I was writing in English and received a very confusing answer after a long time. Unfortunately, it caused a misunderstanding and it would be better not to receive any answer or to be informed that they do not understand. The bed was uncomfortable, the room needed some renovation. To turn on the main light, you had to step on a bed and pull the string of the fan (it was fan and lamp in one) - it was not obvious for us at the beginning, we were thinking the lamp is broken and used only one side lamp which made the room look even more depressing.

No wifi in my room

Family run accomodation (and restaurant) in the heart of Vilaflor, good base for Teide or Paisaje Lunar. They have heating and warm blankets is the room (it is much needed in Ferbruary at 1380 meters) Balcony is nice. At this time I was the only guest at the hotel, breakfast was served only for me, that was nice.

Noone was waiting, no reception, no reply to message, none picked up the phone, restaurant closed, so I could only get in with the help of the kind lady from the nearby supermarket, who called the owner on a different phone number. This is probably just a one-off case and not usual business, as it is covid time and I was the only guest at the hotel. The used to be splendor of the hotel is a bit worn by now, but the room was clean, and is perfect for a short stay. No wifi.
