The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature and allows me to access easily the major sightseeing spots. All the staff members are very kind, polite and friendly, so we had a wonderful time.

Great location, clean.
The breakfast was subpar! One day we had breakfast at Parkside and it was disgusting and cheap, even the orange juice was from concentrate. No expresso machine in the room. Smoking lounge at the 17th floor was supposed to be open until 12:00 but they closed it at 22:00. The other lounge on the 1st floor was not larger than a phone booth. The hair dryer was worse, old and it burned my hair.

Everything was wonderful. The facility was very beautiful and romantic 🥰!! My girlfriend loved it too. The staff was over the top courteous and helpful. The massages were very nice! The restaurants were top notch! Service was amazing 🤩! It was the best hotel value I experienced in 4 different hotels we stayed in all of Japan!!
Nothing! They knocked it out of the park! Perfect!

Rooms were very well maintained with full amenities. Loved the self-filling bathtub! Extra Lots of food options a few blocks away near the trains. Great location for the Imperial Palace and Tokyo Train station (for easy bullet train access).

The hotel is really good, the staff excellent, the location great.
There is no international tv channels, only Japanese speaking channels. No Youtube.

宿泊施設へのセキュリティー、スタッフの対応が良かった。宿泊して次の日、雨が酷くどうしょうかと思ったっけど、地下のテナントで楽しめた。部屋のシステムがタブレットの操作でやれたのは便利だった。
タワーが閉鎖されてて残念だった。タワーができてすぐに来た思い出があり今回も楽しみにしていた。ランチをホテルのレストラン
でして、番号取って並んで食べたけど、美味しかったけど並んで食べるほどではないと思った。

Everything. This hotel is amazing. Different class.
I honestly can’t think of anything. It is expensive and if complaining I have nothing to complain about is a complaint, I will go with that.
Oh I did think of something. For some reason some of the automatic side lights kept switching off.

The building of the Hotel and daily renewed flowers. Breakfast and restaurants are also good.
Without any notice, the Hotel arrange the old building for us. This part of hotel is definitely far away from 9.0 score. We were shocked when we entered the room. The subways is right beneath our windows. Imagine the noise. The male staffs are kind of rigid. They stop us rudely simply because the elevator is not arrive yet. Female staffs are quite nice and helpful.

This is an iconic old school Tokyo hotel. It is big and grand with wonderful service. Huge lobby and highly ranked restaurants. The location next to Ginza and close to the Palace is convenient.

location is far from almost most important places, the hotel is vey old and very big, with a huge carpet, so it makes it very difficult to take your luggage, and for everything is like more than 200 mts walk
very old, the pictures were a fake on Booking, and they rent a room, we did not go to the hotel. They told us that we did not rent the Hotel but yes, the second building, 200 mts away , internally to another building without room service, so we left and move to another Hotel

Each person has to pay an extra entry fee each time they use any of the facilities such as the pool, gym & spa etc.

Room is spacious which is rare in Tokyo. Great service and staffs are super helpful.
Extra charges applied for pool and gym even to hotel guests. Decorations are a bit dated but clean.

Service and cleaning were outstanding
Outdated. The room and furniture were tired. The beds were uncomfortable and bedsheets were not soft.

The staff are excellent. Professional, helpful nothing too much trouble. The bathroom amenities are excellent.
The hotel has had a wonderful past. I stayed there back in the 80's but the amenities are captured back in the 60's. Everything is dated especially the technology. TV stations very very limited.

到着後体調を崩して、2泊の予定のところ1泊で切り上げて帰ってきた。
到着日の夜になって相談したら、DutyManagerさんが閉店間際の近くの薬局まで走ってくれた。
他にもチェックアウト時間や2泊目の宿泊料のことで、ご好意を頂いた。
滞在中、スタッフの皆さんの気遣いや言葉の一つ一つが本当に親身で、ありがたかった。
困った時に助けてくれる・・・
良いホテルに泊まることの価値を感じた滞在だった。

This is most beautiful hotel located in a very center of a nice fashionable ritzy district. The walk around the block in the evening was spectacular. The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. One couldn’t ask for more. Staff provided taxis and the transportation to the Narita airport as requested.
The hours of the breakfast could have been till 10:00 am.

Tolles, exquisites Hotel in bester Lage von Tokio. Gut erreichbar mit der Bahn vom Flughafen Haneda. Angenehme Zimmer mit allem Komfort. Frühstück und Buffet Restaurant im 17. Stock mit ausgewähltem Angebot. Sehr aufmerksame und kompetente MitarbeiterInnen.
Kaffee und Tee in der Lounge Bar maßlos überteuert! Mobiliar gepflegt, aber etwas "retro", nicht mehr aktuellen Designvorstellungen entsprechend. Spa und Pool nicht kostenlos nutzbar.

Je descends à l'hôtel Imperial depuis cinquante ans (eh oui!) et je n'ai jamais été déçu. Emplacement idéal pour aller à Ginza, prestige, beauté, (les présentations florales !) élégance et discrétion à la fois, et pour couronner le tout une super galerie marchande.

Essendo storico, è chiaramente datato ( anni 60). Palestra piccola e vecchia ma pare che la rifaranno nell’anno ( 2024). La colazione un po’ standard per albergo di livello
