It serves basic functions, for me to put luggage and stay 3 nights. Bed is good, shower room is ok.

The room is located between elevator and storage room, really small. My luggage is about 27", medium size, and I already found it hard to put it around the room..

Location is perfect: in the heart of Roppongi and a couple of minutes walk from Roppongi station. Plenty of konbini and restaurants around. Wi-fi was great and worked properly during the entire stay. Towels and toiletries were provided and replenished daily.

Cleanliness needs improvement; it was below average compared to Japanese standards. The carpet wasn't properly vacuumed, and there were hairs from previous occupants on the bathroom floor and in the shower. Room was dusty and overall, it looked like the room hadn't been properly wiped in a while. Rooms are tiny, as you can see in the pictures; I was aware of that, so this is just a heads-up. Two people with luggage will struggle to fit. I initially asked for a room away from the elevator, which was not assigned to me, but they managed to fix it quickly. Reception staff did not speak English at all, with the exception of one young male. I had to use Google Translate to communicate with any other staff member; despite the language barrier, they were all polite.

Location is great

This is by far the worst hotel experience I have had in Japan the front desk staff has a big attitude they force me to pay the overtime staying at the hotel after check out. One trainee forced me to pay and shout out with a big attitude, said pay me ¥1000. The other female staff giving me a lousy attitude when I tell her to get a taxi for me. The overall experience is pretty worse. also, the carpets in the hotel is extremely dirty and sticky. the whole tiny room is filled with humidity and dusty.

Staff was friendly, and they lent us an umbrella when it was raining. Breakfast was good. Room was what we needed, close to station

Old style hotel, very small rooms, location is great , the room and bathroom is old style - probably no openable windows - probably not so expensive for the location but definitely not somewhere you want to spend several nights
