Room was spacious and clean and smart. Excellent breakfast too! (Try the avocado, it’s delicious.)

Everything was lovely. Would have loved more time to browse the book selection while sipping our delightful sake in the lounge! Which was lovely too.

The lobby area was fabulous as it had a super comfortable chairs- great place to hang out in the afternoon or evening and relaxing. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff were so kind and attentive. Little things like an ice machine on the 5th floor, wine glasses in the room and a filtered water dispenser on each floor to fill up your water bottle were great touches!

The rooms were far smaller than anticipated. The carpet in the elevators needed to be changed. The metro was a tiny bit far and it seemed the connections I wanted to make were not a straight shot. There were not a whole lot of restaurant choices close by, but there were a few. With these things being said, I would stay here again

Really good location. 5 minutes from an underground station and about 10 minutes from the main JR line. Close to Tokyo Tower and only took 30 minutes to walk to Ginza if you feel like a break from the train. The staff were all super friendly and polite. Loved walking into to lobby and the little book rooms dotted about! We had a triple room for two adults and a teenager with 3 single beds (one set of bunks). Room wasn't huge but it was big enough and had a small seating area which was useful when we wanted to chill and have snacks. All three beds came with a set of various charging points which was amazing. Really impressed with the toiletries that were provided, covering all the things you might possibly have forgotten - toothbrushes, razors and all manner of other items. Breakfast was OK but we only ate in the hotel the first morning as we found other places that we thought were better value. The French bakery just round the corner was excellent!

The bathroom was rather small and, with two taller members of the party they said the shower ceiling was a bit low.

Hotel excelente, funcionários sempre muito atenciosos. Localização ótima em rua tranquila, próximo de várias estações de transporte público. Quarto grande, camas super confortáveis e banheiro muito bom, com produtos de higiene maravilhosos.

Prettige sfeer, zeer vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt en de locatie is prima.

De standaard kamers zijn aan de kleine kant en alle kamers zijn een beetje gedateerd. Maar wel erg fris en goed verzorgd.

Lovely property, relaxing atmosphere, highly hospitable staff, convenient location, beautiful surroundings, clean, well-appointed rooms.

Quarto familiar muito funcional e confortável. Boas camas e muitas “amenities”. O hotel é dedicado aos livros. Estão por toda a parte, com excelentes propostas e zonas de leitura.

Ar condicionado um pouco barulhento
