My wife celebrated a birthday with a wish to visit the beach for a few days. We gave the "Narrow Escape" at Seaside a look and were pleasantly impressed with the location and the accommodations, which were well appointed and comfortable.The property manager provided all the necessary details for our entire stay, so we very much enjoyed our visit: exploring new surrounds, beach culture and cuisine. We look forward to our next visit soon.

The house was absolutely perfect! The pictures are very accurate. It was so nicely decorated. Close to the beach and restaurants. We will definitely keep it in mind for another time.

Close to the beach, clean and great layout. Perfect for our family. Easy walking to downtown area. Kitchen well stocked with all the tools you need . Would definitely recommend staying there. Management very responsive to questions. Cant say enough good things about this property.

My partner and I took out 4 kids for a spring break trip and had the best time. The property was very clean upon arrival. Kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and cooking dishes that were needed. Loved that we were so close to the beach and a park for the kids to play. The only thing I wish was that there were more bath towels, but overall everything was perfect and we would definitely stay here again.

Had a pleasant stay with the Family of 4 spending time on the beach and in Seaside after working remotely from the house in the mornings.

We had a beautiful time in this lovely vacation home. It was a great location…just steps from the boardwalk… the furnishings were very comfortable and restful …. Great bedding and bathrooms for each of us and the decor was lovely. We are planning to stay again in the fall. It was just perfect!

We had a great time at this property with our family. I the check in process was a little confusing. The cleaning person was there when we arrived during the check in hours and said the house wasn’t clean. But it looked okay to us. So we were able to stay. Overall great place to stay with a family.

The rental is lovely. Minimal garage space for car. Literally an inch in front n back after parking. The power does go out on the coast n can be out for hours. There were no supplies for power outages. That would have helped a lot.

Loved the closeness to the promenade and the beach - only thing that was negative was the washing machine wouldn’t work and having a infant we could have used it but other then that it was great ! We loved the size and the location and the kitchen was wonderful to cook in . Everything was nice

Our family of 4 stayed in this cute little home only 2 blocks from the Prom. The location was the best part of this rental. I would say the home has just enough room for a small family or 3 couples. Each bedroom had an adjoining bathroom and the living areas are quite small. There were some basic amenities in the home (towels, small toiletries, some very basic kitchen essentials and beach toys in the garage). The home was clean enough but not spotless. We had to contact management for checkin info because we hadn’t received that or any communication by 2 hours prior to check-in at 4 pm. So be aware that they are pretty hands-off and may need follow up. Overall we had a good stay.

Fun, relaxing weekend for the whole family.

The property was great and in a great location! Only issue was one of the rooms smelled like old socks, with a pillow case smelling like throw up. Other than that everything was nice, plenty of sheets, towels and blankets.

Had a great stay in the area and would recommend this location as it's a short walk to the city center but still at the end of the promenade. Would have preferred a bit more real-time flexibility with the property manager on earlier access.

This house was very close to the boardwalk. It was very clean and check in was easy.

This was our second time staying here and it was perfect for our group!

This house is so clean and well kept. It was within walking distance to town and less than a block to the beach. Will definitely book this house again.

We fell in love with this place. Love that the beach is with walking distance. Brought our 18 month son with us and was thrilled when we saw that the place had toys upstairs and beach toys in the garage. The bedrooms were perfect, the beds very also very comfortable. It’s a perfect little getaway with family!

There were 3 couple friends enjoying this Seaside home in September. It was immaculate, beautifully furnished. And it was about a block to the beach and the boardwalk! The kitchen was thoughtfully outfitted as were the bathrooms. Meredith Lodging was responsive with washcloths too. Highly recommended

This rental has everything you need. Close to beach and downtown. Very clean and nicely decorated. We had 3 couples in this property and was so nice that each couple had their own bathroom. Would definitely recommend! Family from Montana😎

Nice house, would stay at again

Loved the house itself, well appointed and new. A couple of things will probably deter me from renting again. First, no mention of parking situation on the site, only made aware 4 days before on check-in procedure. Limited to 2 cars and in tandem, one in the garage and other on the driveway, was told cannot park on the street. Secondly, received a text on our way there from Washington that the house won't be ready until 7pm instead of 4pm due to cleaning crew situation. No partial refund to make amends, even after I requested for it.

Truly enjoyed the property. Well decorated and maintained. Would definitely use again if in area.

This home has three large bedrooms and three large bathrooms. The kitchen is large and fully stocked. There is a park two blocks up the street and the beach is 4 houses away. It is a great location. Downtown Seaside circle is 8 blocks south on the promenade. I would recommend this house for 2 adult couples or a family with kids only because the living area is small. It only has 4 seats. It’s too small for the house, in my opinion. It needs a fire pit in the back. There really is no yard and there are 3 houses so close you can see right into them. It would be nice if there was a television upstairs so that everyone didn’t have to cram down stairs to watch a movie. Despite that being said, it was great for 2 adults and 4 kids. I would rent this property again mainly for its location, large bedrooms and bathrooms.
