The room was a good size, lovely bathroom. Great bedding, nice furniture, good design. Great function on TV to cast from phone/laptop. Rooms could do with a bit of love, there were scuffs and marks around the room.

Air conditioning was on when I arrived, so the room was very cold and I was unable to turn it off for several hours - the staff suggested I took the key card out so that it turned off (then I'd have no power in the whole room....) No snacks in the mini bar & no option to eat in the room. Breakfast was a shambles, the staff in the restaurant were very bad. Wasn't offered coffee, had to ask a few times what the process was for getting food. My food was also cleared when I got up to the bathroom which was frustrating.

in the weekend rooms facing squire gets a bit noisy...but that the cost of living in epicentre of things in Palma I guess.

Fantastic location, super friendly staff, excellent restaurant, comfortable room overlooking the square, with comfortable bedding and modern bathroom.

No on-site parking, which is not unusual for European hotels in a city center. Public parking is about 400m down the hill, a 5 minute walk, and costs around 26€ per day.

Earplugs are very usefu, because of bellringing on the square during whole night.

Wow! As 60 something worldwide travellers this blew us away. Think chic, Parisian, delightful decor with wonderfully friendly staff. We stayed four nights for our anniversary and they kindly upgraded us BUT this hotel is wonderful whichever room you have. Don’t stay anywhere else in Palma Old Town, this is the hidden jewel. Unlimited hot/cold breakfast to die for and means we didn’t need lunch.

Wanted to stay longer but we couldn’t! Minor gripes? Rooms on the square hear city cleaning/bins in the morning (but no noisy bars or music at all) and rooms have everything except kettle for ‘UK’ tea first thing, but get hot water at breakfast for tea you brought from home!!

Huge rooms for city centre accommodation, in arguably the best location for touring the city. Although busy small Square didn't feel that way at night.

The breakfast was abundant and delicious. All produce fresh.
