門匙是通過 email 提示怎樣取，但是入住前一日都沒有收 email，要電話聯絡才再次發送 email。 房間存放了太多屋主的雜物。 屋內家具舊，床鋪太軟，衛生紙不足。 空間大，但只有 1 間厠所，5 位旅客要排隊使用。

Everything was excellent.

Clarence Cottage was an ideal & quiet location for our 7 day visit to Christchurch. The 3 bedroom cottage accommodated our group of 4 adults comfortably at a reasonable cost. Off street parking a bonus and within a short 10 min drive of PaknSave supermarket & mall for all supplies. Several small eating places & convenience store 350m walk to Lincoln Rd. Uber ride average $10 to City Centre was ideal for seeing City sights & visiting restaurants without the hassle of finding city parking. Wi-Fi connection, heating & hot water supply was excellent.... and the provision of a Coffee plunger was very well utilised thank you!

Double beds very soft for some. Limited amount of tumblers & drink ware for 4 adults. Initial supply of hand soap & sanitiser in bathroom was minimal until we were able to replenish & provide in our own grocery shopping.

All the beds were very uncomfortable, broken springs on the single beds. Springs were also gone in the sofas. Bathroom soap dispensers were broken or empty. The kitchen was very basic of all utensils. House was very dark, not much sunlight coming in, due to the garden being completely overgrown. The garden furniture was unusable due to being covered in mould. Neighbours were noisy at all hours of the day, and the washing machine was unusable due to the deafening noise it made. Electrics were very unsafe and overloaded, as seen in the photo posted. Carpets were stained, walls were marked, I could go on... It's not worth staying at. I can easily find some place better.

Perfect location, clean, and comfortable. Host was brilliant, awesome communication and the cottage was awesome for our needs.

A couple of weeks things, but seriously not complaining- only earl grey tea available, and could not find any scissors to open the milk, but such a minor thing, qdefinitely didn't change my opinion of the place, just might be something for the owner to consider? Will definitely recommend this wee place, perfect for friends or for a family.

location plus nice little house

The location was great. Easy parking. Perfect quiet place to stay for our family with plenty of room. Excellent communication from the property owner. Helpful that we could do some laundry while there.
