Amazing location, it's close to everything. The staff was very friendly and open to help, and the price for the private bedroom was a really nice deal. The little patio was cozy and perfect for breakfast.

Maybe the kitchen area is a little small, and simple, so for breakfast time it could get full if you don't go early. There is a cantina close, so the noise on fridays and weekends could be annoying if you're staying on the street side.

Location is great, staff super friendly, nice rooftop and breakfast. Extra points for female room (is always good when travelling solo). I would go back and recommend it!

The location is perfect. Staff is very friendly and social. A special shout out to Claudia who was always smiling and her husband even drove after me to do a handover with things I forgot when I left. I also loved the roof top terraza and the plants everywhere. Thank you again for this perfect experience.

The location is central and walking distance to town.

We requested a early check-in. They allowed us to drop off luggage. The person who received us was very unfriendly. We didn't feel at home. We requested to use the bathroom or toilet, but was denied. We had to change in the small luggage room, after a very long bus trip through the night from Zipolite.

The location, the staff

They make weak breakfast. But the thing that bother me a lot is the mattress, they are in a very very bad condition. I’m the kind of person who can easily sleep everywhere, but for this time, i really had back pain while sleeping on this mattress. The room where i was, had no window, and the aircon was making a very loud sound.

The staff were lovely! The free breakfast and water is a great addition too. Good WIFI, nice roof terrace space, good, simple, clean kitchen. Very clean space.

The room was tiny, 6 beds and you could only walk through single file, it was too small. People on top of you, 1 in 1 out system. Other rooms were not like this though. The hostel is opposite a LOUD karaoke bar which stays open late. I did not get much sleep here and I left to a quieter area. Not much atmosphere in the hostel (this suited me at the time but it is not a fun place). It is practical, cheap and in a good location for enjoying the historic area. Minus the karaoke bar

The breakfast is decent (fruit, eggs, two pieces of toast, coffee/tea) and the terrace was lovely. Great place to work or just hang out! The location is also amazing and makes it easy to access the big attractions downtown.

It was quite noisy at night on the weekend, which made it difficult to sleep (so definitely bring earplugs!). The dorm rooms are also quite small -- I was lucky because I only had a duffel bag. Backpackers in the dorm struggled a bit with fitting their bags in the lockers or by their beds.
