We really liked everything! The people at the reception desk were fabulous. They were all so nice, helpful, and pleasant. Everyone who was working at the hotel---in the restaurant, keeping the rooms and common areas clean and pretty, the maintenance workers--everybody was lovely! Our room was fabulous! We stayed for 10 nights and we loved it! The hotel is in a great neighborhood and close enough to be able to walk to areas of interest, restaurants, museums, galleries, and more. The hotel's restaurant was really wonderful, too! The pool and jacuzzi were lovely, as well.

Actually, we can't think of a thing! Our stay at Los Pilares was so comfortable. We enjoyed the atmosphere and wouldn't change a thing!

Attention to detail, beautiful restaurant, bar & pool area. Food was exceptional and the Margaritas were sensational. Great location within walking distance to the main centre. The rooftop garden and pool is the perfect spot to chill out after a day of exploring.

We had a room facing the front, directly on to the road. It was so noisy - woke up several times every night. Also, pool was a little dirty. Need to clean the edges of greasy residue.

It was in a great location, super cool artsy district with very colourful and vibrant buildings around. Hotel had a great restaurant with delicious food and good breakfast on a garden terrace.

The breakfast service could be quite slow and if you like to sunbathe not much space or sun to do so as it is very shaded.

The location was great, we were situated 5-10 minute walk from the centre in an artsy deco area which was really vibrant. Great rooftop with excellent food.

The staff were a little slow with breakfast orders and service. If you like sitting in the sun it’s not really possible as the pool doesn’t get sun for long.

Best bed in Oaxaca 😀

We had a room with windows and slept in the most comfortable bed in perhaps the whole of Mexico 😀😀

Room had no windows, only natural light from a sky light in annex.

The hotel is beautiful, the food is really tasty. Next to the 5 de mayo street for nice photos.

We loved every minute, it was so very clean and the bed was very comfortable!! We had a clean pretty shower as well as the room and added bath! Loved the AC we had no windows but was not a big deal the room was nice and bright, with ajustable dimmer lights. Hotel stayed quiet during day and night. Staff was so helpful and nice. Jacuzzi was a wonderful extra! Only thing is they close the restaurant at 6p and can't order anything after that. Still we were very happy. Definitely will be back. ☺️

Great position, wonderful patio and terrace with bar and swimming pool. Clean and spacious rooms.

Unfortunately the swimming pool and the jacuzzi were not that clean and our swimsuits got some stains :(

Bar doesnt work. You need to inform personel in advance once You need to use jacuzzi.

The rooms were cute. We stayed in one room that had windows outside and it was a little weird to have them open because you are at street level and there are no curtains. The second room had a window to the courtyard of the hotel which we just kept shut for privacy. They bth had air conditioning which was awesome and the bathrooms were nice especially the showers. We also really liked the cute neighborhood "barrio jalatlaco" and we even got to witness a parade:)

I wished that the room with the window to the lobby had more private curtains. They weren't see through but light would definitely come through at night. There weren't chairs to sit on in the rooms...I don't think.
