My two teenage girls and I enjoyed our stay here very much! The view was amazing and the condo had plenty of space for us to spread out. We enjoyed the location and the close walk to the beach and made use of the beach chairs and umbrella provided. We also enjoyed the pool and the surrounding area. This was our first time to Gulf Shores and we appreciated the owner's helpful suggestions on places to eat and things to do. We had one minor issue, but the owner addressed it promptly and courteously. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was amazing! The view was breathtaking!! It had all the amenities we needed, including a cart for the beach full of supplies! Lots of space for our family of 4 to fit comfortably. Teresa was good at communicating when we needed anything and was quick to remedy any issues that came up. Definitely going to miss our morning coffee on the balcony!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful view from the balcony! As described, impeccably clean and had everything we needed. Easy access to the beach and the boardwalk. Had to reach out to the owner about parking passes, she was very quick to respond and even had older chairs and umbrella replaced immediately. Can't say enough about our stay! Excellent communication and customer service!

We take a trip every year around the 4th of July and I have to say this is one of the best places I’ve stayed at couple of things I would fix around the condo very mi or things though. Absolutely amazing view from the balcony

Wasn’t happy with second bedroom, had no chest of drawers to store clothes in. Had to live out of luggage. Has a very noticeable spill under one sofa. Would come back if storage situation was corrected.

My husband and I, our two teenage kids, and each one has a friend. We had an absolutely perfect week. The pictures are what you see. The best view of the Ocean. The walk to the Beach was very short. The back view is is beautiful. The living room space is very generous. The couches are huge. The water pressure in the shower is the best. Little things like that get me for sure. We were all sad to leave. I highly recommend this unit as well as the owner. Very easy to communicate with and she provided valuable info/tips for things to do. Oh and I loved Rouses for groceries. They have a great deli. And friendly staff. Good prices too.

This VRBO was amazing I recommend it to everybody! The view is phenomenal.

I chose this unit because of its high rating for cleanliness. When we got there, I couldn’t see that there was anything obviously dirty (like showers/toilets), but even if it was clean on the surface, it just felt dirty. The entry door, walls, woodwork, windows, and outside of the sliding door need to be cleaned and/or painted. They are dirty and stained in places, giving the place an unclean feel. The rugs are look very old and dirty (even if vacuumed). What surprised me the most was that the refrigerator door was full of used condiments! The pantry shelves contained used jars of peanut butter and other food. Some people might find that handy, but to me, it was gross. Who wants to walk in to someone else’s half-used bottle of salad dressing? That does not give a fresh feel that’s ready for the next family. It says “still in use by previous family.” Maybe that’s just me being weird, but in 10 years of staying in Gulf Shores, I have never seen that before, and it was an instant turn-off. Most of the towels and sheets were colored, which means when they are washed, there is no bleach used to disinfect them thoroughly. The master bedroom light did not work. I reported it, but it still did not get fixed, and no one let us know what the status was on an attempt to fix it . So we spent the week in a dimly lit room, depending on the lamps and opening the blinds for extra lighting. The night we arrived, after traveling 12.5 hours and a mile walk to Shrimpfest and back, both elevators were broken down. We were forced to walk up the stairs to the 15th floor! A poor little elderly lady had to take the stairs to the top floor and she had recently recovered from a knee replacement! The Sanibel should be more diligent about their elevators. There has been one broken down every time we stay there. Experiencing both being broken down at the same time was a first and extremely annoying. Overall, it was just okay. I’m sorry to say that I doubt if I would stay there again.

The view was amazing! We absolutely loved the condo and would definitely stay there again. A lot of extra beach items and toys. The check-in process was super simple and kitchen had every item you could need. The master bed headboard had not been dusted, but maybe it was because of the off season and no one had been there for a while. The only other thing I wish they had was a dresser in the spare bedroom. Overall, for our first time in Gulf Shores, we loved it and we loved your condo.

The view, living room and kitchen were beautiful. My disappointments were the disgusting clogged shower drains in both bathrooms, and the uncomfortable mattress in the master bedroom. Get those taken care of and this place has great potential.

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. Very spacious, well stocked kitchen and amazing views.

There was enough room for my husband and I and our four teenagers to move around, especially having 2.5 bathrooms. Our kids are 14, 16, 18 and 20 and the two large leather sectionals were so spacious for them! The lockbox was a little difficult to open when we got there and when we left. I wish there was a code on the door instead. Only having two keys with four kids coming and going was a little cumbersome, but we made it work. Teresa and Maria were very responsive when I texted with questions! That was so appreciative!

This place was great for our family of six. Had everything we needed to enjoy our beach trip. Thanks!

The view is amazing! The condo is beautiful and very accommodating. We loved having the two master bathrooms. The pool was nice and not too busy. They allowed pool toys and floats, and the water was shallow enough for our 5 year old. The beach access was very close, and the use of the beach items was a major plus! The only downsides were the beds were harder than we are used to and the wait for the elevator could be long at times. We enjoyed our time and were sad to leave!

The condo was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Beach chairs and rolling cart, beach umbrella, coolers, sand toys etc. The central air worked GREAT especially with the heat index being SOOOOOOO hot, I think 114! The ice maker on the frig was great. There was a Keurig and a perk coffee maker. Plenty of cooking utensils. The view was AMAZING from the balcony and the daily early morning dolphin sightings were just AWESOME! I did have my groceries delivered via Insta-cart App from Publix and that was nice not to have to hit the grocery store upon arrival. The beach is just beautiful and only a quick hop skip and a jump from the condo. Location was great! The Hangout is a MUST visit for the whole family and is only a mile or two up the road. The highlight of the trip was renting a pontoon boat for our group of 12 and taking it to Pirates Cove for a Bushwacker adult drink and some burgers and fries. We also jumped right off the boat and swam in the shallow clear waters. It was amazing! There were a couple things that were bothersome but not too big of a deal that I would not give 5 stars. I literally got a major head cold the evening I got there. Although I still went to the beach daily and did the tourist stuff etc. there were a few times I just wanted to stay in bed, rest and watch a little TV. That proved a bit challenging. After switching cords to the PROPER hook-up I was able to watch TV but there was a high pitch whistling that would drive anyone bonkers. My boyfriend finally disconnected a speaker wire (yes, there is speaker wires for the TV's) and messed with the audio balance (treble) in the audio menu. It was a bit of a pain and I really think the TV's should be updated to SMART TV's. I couldn't 'cast' anything from my phone. No Netflix or Hulu. We did figure out the living room one but my brother gave up on his bedroom TV. The other issue was the elevator. Only one was working which means we would have to wait for 15-20 minutes at times to get on because there would be a line to use it. One woman told us that she arrived late with her 3 kids and said both elevators were broke and the stairwells were pitch black and they had to go to the 6th floor with all of their luggage. YIKES! Anyway, all was great except for a few minor issues. Definitely a perfect place to stay with close access to the beach and all of the fun activities for adults and families! Very safe neighborhood!

Was a great and easy property to rent, had great ocean view and easy in and out to local eateries and beach itself. Host was great at communicating with us about some restaurants and any other concerns.

The condo was perfect for a family of five. We have kids 2-11 and we all had fun together in and out of the condo. Our condo had an assortment of toys, books and games that we found entertaining for downtime. We fully utilized the condo celebrating our 2 yr olds birthday -we baked a cake our first day on site and our littles loved the kiddie pool daily as it was turbulent water at the beach during our stay. Our only wish was that there were more plastic kid friendly or travel friendly cups and dishes particularly for taking a drink to the beach or put on the patio with kids. Also we were surprised by the fact there were no beach towels for use so we purchased these must haves for our trip on day one. We found a few remains from the previous guests in the house like dirty socks which is the only reason the cleanliness wasn’t 5 stars, great vacation rental.

We always stay in Sanibel condo's.. We have never been disappointed. The condo was very clean comfortable and had everything we needed.. The only downside was the elevator was broken for a while and we were on the 15th floor. They were prompt to have it fixed. The pool was amazing, definitely will choose this condo again.

The property was exactly what you see in the pictures with an enormous kitchen/dinning/family open area. The furniture was comfortable and the place was clean and stocked with necessities. The sunrise from the front balcony over the Gulf and the sunset over the bay from the walkway is breathtaking. We really enjoyed this layout and it is very spacious. My only complaint/recommendation to the owners is please replace all your TVs and come into the 21st Century! Seriously smart TVs are cheap these days and this place needs it. Remotes are taped, some don't work correctly and this is such a nice place I would hate for you lose out on repeat business for an investment as small as a few TVs. With all that said I would definitely recommend this spot just a few minutes from the Hangout and everything you need.

This was a great condo for our family of five. Very spacious rooms and the views of the ocean were amazing. The beach cart made going to the beach super easy and it was nice being able to use the beach chairs and toys that were there. It was also nice not being next to a bunch of other condos. The beach was never packed and there is a lot less traffic. The public beach access (right across the street) had a bathroom and shower area which was very convenient. Overall, we had a great trip and loved the condo. Teresa was always quick to respond and made the entire process simple.

Absolutely gorgeous place!

Property is excellent all around. The appliances are new or like new. Excellent water pressure in the showers but, I would recommend a shower mat, they get kind of slippery. They delivered 4 new beach chairs, and cart while we were there. Beds are very comfortable. Just beware, the balcony has a million dollar view, I found it hard to leaver to do anything. And yes I’m going to rent it again!!!!!

We had a wonderful time on our stay. The views from the property were amazing! The property was clean and comfortable. The family and I made some memories that we will keep forever. It was a great place to stay and would definitely love to stay again!
