Great location, quieter and away from the party area. Beautiful rooms which had a lovely seating area and hammock on the balcony. Lovely pool area to soak in the views of Montanita. Exceptional service from all the staff!!

Beautiful view over the infinity pool, friendly and attentive service, comfortable rooms, and probably the quietest place in Montañita that is still fairly central.

Great location... in the heart of Montanita but just removed from the chaos! Lovely room, great views, fab breakfast and competent staff. A very enjoyable stay.....

It was a lovely property but could do with a jet-wash and a lick of paint.....

Every guest wears a plastic Guest ID bracelet that identifies you as being allowed on property. There is one entryway off street up the hill in a very secure location. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Location excellent. Near all the restaurants and close to beach.

You have to walk too much from room to the town or anything in the hotel , lot is stairs and got tired of going up and down everytime you wanna go to the town , not recommended for people with any dissability , girl attention in the front desk was terrible she must not be working with tourists
