Great location, luxury room but a bit small. Quiet. Tranquilo

Was kind of bizarre that I stayed in an economy hotel for $45/ a night a block away with great wifi and this $160/ night luxury building couldn't get the internet to work on my floor when I was there.

Nice View, Nice Restaurant. The *restaurant* staff and chef were accommodating. The menu has a lot of options and the food was good. The hotel is beachfront so you can walk directly to the sand.

Parking - there are only a few parking spots at the hotel. More parking is available down the street and off the property. We asked the reception staff to advise us when a spot came available and they never did. Odor - the room (403) was not clearly advertised as a Smoking Room. I'm not particularly sensitive, but the strong odor of cigarette smoke was a disappointment in the penthouse, oceanview. Balcony furniture. The room has a wonderful oceanfront view from its balcony, however, the plastic furniture is quite uncomfortable to spend much time there.

Their seafood was out of this world. Too bad they allow smokers to smoke in the open air restaurant If I were their chef I would feel ver bad, because the cigarette smell overpowers the great aroma of their food.

No smokers. They don’t bring any value to the hotel experience. There was a roaming cat trying to mooch off food. It jumped on one of our chairs at our table. It was loud at night, not very good soundproof walls. I paid $300.00 for one night for two people.

Location is great. Great restaurants

the view from the hotelroom was nice

there was no warm water in the shower also not after complaining. also a lit of crickets appeared in the room. breakfasts included according the booking. but when we wanted to pay the difference between the American breakfast that was included and the breakfast we wanted with fresh fruits. the staff was inflexible. the difference was only 3 dollar but we had too pay the full price (29 dollar). the laundry we let do the hotel looked like it was nog really clean a d the blouse was not ironed.
