This is a great stopover en route from/to the airport, efficiently run by friendly staff and with large, clean, well maintained rooms. It's terrific value for money. The continental breakfast was modest, with ham and cheese and good fresh coffee, and great value at 7 euros. Buzanada is less than 15 minutes drive from the airport and has a few bars and restaurants. We really liked the Tasca Fumero nearby which was recommended by the hotel, good food and lovely staff.

Nothing much, but as it was January, my north-facing room was a bit chilly at night, though this would have been lovely in warmer months. There were lots of spare blankets but not enough pillows. An adjustable rail for the shower head would be welcome.

Horrible. Room was dirty, stinks cigarette, unhealthy environment, we couldn't breath on the room because of the smell, we opened the window and whent for a walk waiting to the room to get ventilated and after an hour we came back and wr couldn't stay inside. Unhealthy. This should noy be allowed to be rented. We had to leave the room in the middle of the night because of health, it was impossible to breath. Was like a smoker was smoking there for days. Everything, bed shits, towels, the walls... Everything had the smell on it. I brushed my teeth and i could not dry up my face because the towel was impregnated with that strong unhealthy smell. We stayed ther for two hours trying our best not to leave as was late in the night when we arrived and there was not more places to go and all our belongings cached the smell. We had to leave in the middle of the night at the end and sleep in the car. Disgusting, vomoting and unhealthy environment not even safe for anyone. We payed 79€ just for sleep from 21:00 to 7:00 in this vomiting, unhealthy cave. I just dont understand how peopke can rent a place in this conditions. Horrible. Reception was closed when we left at 23:00 and first timenin the money we rang for a refund and the hoster refused to refund saying we did not communicate him in the night while there is not about when you comununicate you are living so he could rent the room to someone else, the fact here is that he is renting an unhealthy place, dirty and disgusting, non-hygenic and unsafe for everyone. It's horrible how the hoster just think in money forgetting peoples health. Bed was inestable, making noises every time you move and looking like it will fall apart at any time. Not recommend. Horrible treat. Disgusting. Unacceptable. We are gonna ask for an inspection on that place. This shouldn't be in booking, its doesn't match the website. AVOID!!!

We stayed one night as we were passing through to our accommodation a day early. This hotel was perfect for our needs. The rooms were very clean . The friendly owner who was quick to respond to questions and we put some keys in the lockbox when our flight was very delayed. When my daughter left her teddy bear behind the owner offered to go back to the hotel so we could collect it at our convenience.

Understandably there was no drinking water when we arrived very late meaning we had to venture out at midnight to find some. The snack machine only took euros and we had none with us. The mattress was to firm for our taste . That is the only complaint and they are minor details.

Excellent location for catching an early morning flight out of the Southern airport of Tenerife. The owner was very helpful to us in finding a taxi at 4 am the next morning. He went out of his way to help. He was very friendly and welcoming.

Easy to find, well located small hotel, offering just what I needed to sleep quietly in a single bed. Nice staff. Not too warm inside (there was no airco in my room). Enough parking places nearby.

The breakfast was unavailable there at that moment. The parking was a kind of wastland in front of the hotel. The quality of wifi in my room 14 was poor despite wifi-amplifiers. No airco !

Good location in quiet place between airport and ferry. Very nice receptionist and efficient check in. Nice and clean rooms.

If you want a decent, clean and simple hotel at a good price, Pension Cassandra does all this. Good location for both the airport and the ferry port, friendly staff, very good communication.
