The only things we enjoyed about our stay were the beach and the beach bar at the neighboring campsite. Ironically, neither is managed by PuntAla Resort campsite.

The website did not reflect at all what we encountered. Where the 4-star rating came from was not only a mystery to us but also to many other guests. The sanitary facilities were not only very dirty and unhygienic, but half of them didn’t even work. Locks were broken, doors were so warped that they wouldn't close, and some showers even lacked faucets. There were visible electrical wires everywhere, many of them repeatedly repaired, and the safety was questionable (gates to the beach). Smoking was prohibited, yet the staff smoked everywhere. The restaurant was okay but not worth the price. The supermarket staff were extremely unfriendly—one employee continued watching a movie on her phone while ringing us up, without even a hello or goodbye. The caravan had only the bare essentials. Cooking was hardly possible. There were multiple power outages, one lasting over an hour while we were cooking dinner. No information was provided, nothing. At checkout, no one asked how our stay was or if we were satisfied. The children's activities were conducted exclusively in Italian during the peak season, leaving non-Italian-speaking guests clueless. Pony riding was only accessible by car and was closed every day. The climbing park was nice but definitely not suitable for children, as it was about 4-5 meters high and in poor condition. The playground was full of trash (you'd think someone would clean up the previous day's mess in the morning, but you'd be wrong). Most of the equipment on the playground was broken. Overall, it was a bad vacation, but we made the best of it considering the high price. I highly recommend the neighboring campsite, Camping Baia Verde—extremely clean, well-organized, friendly, and with a great beach bar (we stayed there previously, but unfortunately, it was fully booked this time).

Preços restaurantes muito altos Preço do alojamento muito alto mesmo para um parque campismo de 4 estrelas. Já paguei hotéis 4 estrelas em Agosto em sítios maravilhosos, bem mais baratos. E com pequeno-almoço e com mais privacidade que um parque campismo.
