Wifi didnt work

The hotel is a 1 minute walk to the beach! A gorgeous sand beach with lots of coral to snorkel in within the shore. The restaurant was really good, the room had an amazing AC, and you get discounts on beach rentals when you stay at Sea Friend. Totally worth it.

Honestly, the place is amazing. I will say there is a shared bathroom and shower, so if that’s not your speed then that’s something to consider. Even then, everything was clean and nice.

Amazing location right next to Aharen beach. Easy access to rental equipment, beach, food. Best swimming I have experienced here in Okinawa is Aharen beach on Tokashiki. My room was a perfect base camp to cool off in the AC & shower after my beach day concluded. Breakfast was included in my stay & it energized me to hit the beach one last time before I caught the 4pm Ferry to Naha. Remember to turn AC on when you arrive at your room. Tokashiki is very humid & the AC helped a lot to cool down. Very friendly & helpful staff! Thanks so much for a great stay on Tokashiki.

Just be aware that Tokashiki is a small island and most restaurants stop serving food around 8pm. Make sure to plan accordingly for dinner time.

Loved that they provided free transportation to and from the port. There’s also a staff member who spoke english that helped us out a lot.

we were left in the port on arrival because they just assumed (no call, no check) we did not catch the ferry as scheduled; we paid almost 10,000 yen for accommodation that should be worth 2-3,000 yen since it is not a hotel — very hard beds, spartan room, and there’s no elevator. had to carry our luggage upstairs. really basic accommodation

room smelled like mold, we turned off the AC for a couple minutes and it smelled. horrible

I only have three good things to say: first, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, so I have no complaints there. Also, the rooms were passably clean and the location was good, but nothing was worth the price paid.

The hotel itself and the room were NOT worth the price paid whatsoever. The rooms were tiny, extremely humid and damp (we didn't have mold, but another guest complained about it), and everything was very cheap. The towels were thin and old, the beds pretty uncomfortable, and the breakfast was only okay. In short, I wouldn't stay there again, especially at over $100/night on the off season.

The customer service was great, but the price for the room was much to be desired. Too much for off season, and I had to make due.

I didn’t like the plainness of the room. I could have stayed in Okinawa for a fancier room. I was going ignorant. When we paid, staff smoked in their room which carried on to the hotel “lounge” it was a complete disregard to us because we had children with us.
