Perfect position within the reserve and in view of the zambezi river. The result is that there are many animals just in the garden,elephants on the approach road etc…. Pooles clean and large. Staff so much try to please

Wonderful staff! Could not ask for friendlier or more helpful service. Beautiful views of park,river and you can see the smoke from the Falls. Gorgeous! Free shuttle into town. Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options. Bar is perfect spot for a drink before dinner and to watch the impala and warthog that come to graze on the lawn. Recommend!

Bathrooms could be updated. Be aware that the offer of a golf course tour to see animals comes with a request for donation. Pool closes too early.

Besides the rooms still being the same as decades ago, we had a very relaxed and comfortable stay. The wildlife on the property and the golf course is amazing. The staff are awesome and willing to always go beyond. The golf course was in a great condition and we will always want to come back.

Overpriced,poorly maintained,overpriced food and what you get is terrible for the rating of hotel and the image of upper class stay.The staff is overly friendly but you can not justify the price you pay for the stay at 200 euro's a night..ABSURD!!!! Zimbabwe seem to try and make up their economic deficit in one day.

Great room. I had a fantastic view of the Falls. Comfy bed. Deep bath with ample hot water. Great staff, especially the shuttle drivers.. Great shuttle service around town. Nice breakfast with good buffet selection.

There is nothing to dislike.

Good location, nice setting in the woods. Rooms comfortable, with daily cleaning which was good. We were a bit close to the back up diesel generated which was quite noisy during the night when it was running. However, all was generally very good. Only let down was the restaurant which was incredibly slow to get food prepared, and quite often the individual orders arrived at different times, which didn't make for a particularly enjoyable dining experience

Restaurant really need to improve the time its takes to prepare food orders, and also to get the food orders correct

Everything was perfect

The hotel has amazing views and staff. It is A very beautiful place. The pool is big and we had it to ourselves. The wifi was fast and stable. The art and architecture is so beautiful.

I only score them low on the bathroom shower curtains. That is the least expensive thing to fix and they haven't. My brother complained about the same thing months ago. They are old and stained. Otherwise all was perfect

The check in process was easy and I managed to check in well before the check in time. The porter (Moses if I recall correctly) was very professional and friendly, showed me and told me everything I needed to know. Check out process was equally seamless. There was complementary still water in the room. There's also a marimba band that plays at dinner and they taught me how to play a little number which was very exciting! All of the staff were very friendly, happy to answer any and all questions and even offer recommendations. Breakfast options were fantastic too and accommodating for my vegetarian diet. Room service was great too, food portions were huge and the food tasted really good and fresh.

The staff was so supportive from the day we arrived to the day we left. On the the food they would explain on some of the foods we have never tried. The place was comfortable with everything working perfectly. Ot was so easy to find activities as they made sure we had the best deals. We will definitely come back.
