Everything!! Staff lied about not having rooms at 5th floor which they usually give it to me whenever i paid 1700 for it but just because i booked the room under discount they lied straight to my face

The location and room size only

Cleanliness, used bedsheets and pillow covers more than a month old, staff behaviour rubbish, nonsense and irratic, no food facility, tv not working and despite engineer visited to correct but not possible. Urinal flush fitting was not there, water leakage in washroom and many more Booking.com is also pathetic and non sense for no customer support as I tried calling customer care and no one responded at all. Even bill still not delivered
