We loved everything about this place!! Not one bad thing about it! The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on.

Everything - an exceptional house, in a really nice area of Hot Springs, with attentive hosts. The photos on the site do not do it justice. It was a major plus on our stay.

The location was great! The house is charming with nice decor details. The yard was nice and fairly well kept, although we didn't spend time in the outdoor seating.
There were games and cards. We played cards in the evening. The bedrooms were spacious with nice closets, fans, comfy beds, and lots of pillows.
The lighting was good.
We found what we needed in the kitchen to make breakfast and prepare charcuterie. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.
It was a wonderful home away from home.
The vintage doorknobs were sometimes a little hard to work.
The HVAC blew hardest in the front bedroom and it got uncomfortably warm there while we tried to warm up the dining area.

The home is beautiful and immaculately clean. It's right beside everything you need and very close to downtown. I loved the tips the hosts left for sights to see, restaurants to try and even their Spotify playlist. We had a fantastic time.

I loved the location and how home-y it was inside.
The worst part was the AC doesn’t work as well in the bedrooms so if you are a hot sleeper it will get pretty warm! But they have fans and that helped a ton!

Beautifully designed home in a nice neighborhood. perfect bedding and linens, all the amenities of any hotel and gracious and helpful ghosts. Will stay again on a return visit.

Location is great! short drive to downtown/casino/lakes. House is decorated beautifully and has everything you need! Loved that upon leaving we only needed to take out the trash and gather up used towels! Made leaving very easy.

The house is absolutely lovely and is warm and welcoming from first site upon arrival outside and throughout the space, including the spacious backyard. Its location is convenient and is situated in a beautiful neighborhood. The owners certainly took great care in designing their space, including a special attention to detail regarding the historic nature of the house. We highly recommend staying here!
Very minor but the sofa, whole quite striking in appearance, is a bit uncomfortable

The location was fabulous! Loved the decor and so tastefully done. I’d love to own this for my own home. All linens were top-notch and clean, fluffy and awesome! I’m a linen freak so really appreciated the duvets!
The hot water in bathroom sink was a slow dribble!
We are old ladies and not computer/TV savvy so to figure out how to use the TV didn’t happen. There were no instructions on how to operate Netflix through streaming - whatever that is.
