It was clean and very pretty

I booked a handicapped room as my husband is a amputee and in a wheelchair. The bed was too high and he could not get into it, he had to sleep sitting up in a chair all night, and it was not a recliner. When I went to tell them they told me there were no other rooms available and we would have to stay in that room. Also, it had a tub and not a roll in shower or a bench to get into the shower. Someone needs to address the handicapped facility. I was very disappointed by this, to say the least.

Owner not helpful in resolving booking.com booking issues. Manager was very nice and tried to assist, but owner not so much

Walls too thin. Heard walking overhead and people in room next to us. Wouldn’t stay there again.

I liked the area of the property and place was clean enough.

we booked a room for 4 - 2 queen beds. we were given a room with one queen bed and a sofa sleeper. sofa sleeper was not made and no sheets or bedding was found in the room. front desk got us what was needed and offered to have room service make the bed but we declined and made it ourselves. upon entering the hotel there was a pile of booths and tables in a little alcove where I guess there was renovations happening. that was off putting but if renovations were happening, we weren’t bothered by them at any point.

very very clean! Even with remodeling going on place was kept very clean. Room was exceptional.

the bathroom doesn’t have the long counter to put all the personal Hygiene items on it , there is a sink counter about a 1/1/2 foot long obviously that in not enough.

remote to tv did not work. fridge not work. toilet kept running. very little cold water in bathroom sink.

Since a pandemic I understand that most hotels you have to tell them you want to enter I did that very early on Sunday morning maybe 37 a.m. and ask them to give us fresh towels to make the bed and take the trash and that never happened
