Tbf for the price i paid per night I'd say i got what matched it. Rooms are tight so luggages are everywhere in the room, surroundings weren't clean as expected.

Rien c’était le pire endroit que j’ai jamais vu, je n’ai même pas pu y rester les trois nuits que j’ai payé et malgré les réclamations elle ne veut pas nous rembourser.

La saleté, le moisi sur les rideaux, le matelas taché et troué, l’insécurité (portillon cassé et le code de la chambre était connus de toute l’auberge), je ne vous parle même pas des parties communes qui sont sales et de l’endroit où l’on peut mettre sa nourriture remplies de mort aux rats.

El hostel olía a baño publico. No habia recepcion fisica y la persona for facebook que resolvia duda, tneia una pesisma atencion. Mi cuarto Privado, tenia bichos en la cama que me picaron las 3 noches que dormi ahi, habia una cucaracha, el ventilador del techo del dormitorio no funcionaba y me pusieron uno pequeñito que no era suficiente para los 40grados que hay en Perth en verano, le pedi amablemente a la chica de recepcion que solo atiende por Facebook que si por fcaor me podrian dar almenos un ventilador adicional y me dijo que no y jamas me ofrecio otra solución. La gente hacia bulla toda la noche, la cocina casi ni tenia utencilios, estaba todo sucio, la señal de wifi ni siquiera llegaba a mi habitación y ni que decir de los baños que en definitiva lo peor que he visto entre todos los hostels en los que he estado en mi vida. Jamas recomendaría este lugar ni para una sola noche.

Where to start ? - The rats in the kitchen ? - The fact that there's no air conditioning when it's 40°C outside ? - The fact that there's no-one to clean the place, so everything is left filthy ? Broken showers, plates, toilets, sinks.... - The lack of education, sympathy and presence of the owner and manager Roxanne ? - the clear lack of security, with the main door being broken and has been for months, so that people from outside the hostel can enter as they please ! Some people have had their mobile phones or speakers stolen... - Or being thrown out of the hostel for complaining too much on the messenger group ? It's worth noting that the people who are supposed to manage this hostel are one in Italy and the other in the Philippines, which means that the management is of the highest quality, as you can imagine ! The manager is the first to ask for the money back, but when it comes to resolving problems, she's strangely slow (when the problems are resolved !).

The is the worst hostel I've ever lived in, far worse than the second worse . No air-con, even though the temperature is over 40°, toilet and bathroom is so dirty, seems like no one have ever cleaned it, full of yellow stirs. The kitchen is really dirty as well, food residues are everywhere in the microwave, fridge are smelly, full of rotten food. Disgusting. Since there's no stuff in the hostel, People had their party end at 2 AM. The bed linens and mattress is like something you can find in a rubbish bin. And they charge 43 bucks for all of this.
