It's the best complimentary breakfast buffet. Food is actually really good, especially made-to-order omelet and the sikwate. The staff were amazingly very accommodating.

The closet needs a little fixing up and maybe a box of tissues or 2 for each stay.

The staff and location

- at one point there was a water shortage. -the drainage system in the bathroom has a problem to the point there is a leakage in the main room whenever me or my mother took a bath - breakfast location , Butuan at this point is very hot . They place the food outside in the lobby where there is no aircon to keep the food cool. It was better before when the food buffet was inside the restaurant itself . It may have more choices now but I am just concern about the food detoriation since it is expose in very hot environment an electric fan is not enough to suffice the heat .

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Laundry service is affordable and is worth the money. Room service is also very affordable when compared to other hotels and the choices are much greater at watergate.

The only thing that I disliked about the hotel was the lobby area and pool are always crowded. For my European friends who like to tan it would be next to impossible because of the palm trees all around the small pool deck which provided the worst sunbathing imaginable. The only way to sunbath it to stand in the middle of the pool, I’m serious. The pool is often filled up with guests from a wedding party. This hotel rents wedding venue space. Do not let a pool stop you from staying here, it’s the Philippines and with 700 islands I’m sure you can find a proper beach.

The breakfast was very good and the restaurant called the Lime and Zest is the best of any hotel in Butuan. The pool area is delighful.

The Internet access is poor. Half the time at least their Wifi states the the "Internet may not be available". And it's not. Data reception is also poor at this location. Better to use the Wifi at the Lime and Zest, but it doesn't extend to the rooms.

One of the best hotels in the centre of Butuan City. Very good staff, lovely pool and very clean and comfy rooms. I attended a wedding and the function room was great.

Location is just a distance to SM Mall, which you can just walk if you’re up to or if the weather permits! Rooms are just enough, not that big but definitely not too small. Staffs were accommodating and helpful. Food is okay but can be improved.

The food choices were not that much which I think needs an improvement. The food were too heavy for a light eater, which they must consider as well. The place is not really for relaxation cause the function hall is too near to the rooms which I find it too loud. If loudness is not really that big deal, then getting a room with pool view is a good choice!
