the neighborhood is probably not the best in Oslo and the lobby feels quite weird and a bit sad when you walk in. there is no AC but the hotel did provide fans which definitely worked well.

I've stayed here before and am generally happy with the combination of price and location. It's quite good for an Oslo base close to the train station. Breakfast has always been varied and tasty.

Nothing too complain about. It's not luxury, but it does it's job well for a reasonable price.

Nice location, close to the train station and easily walkable with a suitcase. You can even walk through the shopping centre if it’s raining. Free coffee machine in rooms was excellent. Good quality breakfast. Friendly staff. Fairly modern, perhaps trying a bit too hard to be ‘boutique’ but fashionably designed.

Didn’t get a great sleep, personally found the beds a little bit uncomfortable. The kids struggled to sleep on the sofa bed too. All of the beds were a little bit soft for my personal taste. We had an inside room and it was quite intrusive to look out of the window as you were overlooking all the other rooms and thus had to keep blinds and curtains closed most of the time. Shower temperature was unstable and fluctuated considerably and shower over bath instead of a proper shower cubicle.

Very convenient location, comfortable room (we had business room) and amazing breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. We could check in at 11:30 when regular check in starts only at 15:00. I recommend without any doubt!

I was confused by the breakfast times. Desk said 730 but setup was annoyed when we showed up before 8. We had an early train and activities. We are not native Norwegian speakers so maybe we misunderstood. Food was very good thou.

Breakfast was outer worldly. Rooms are clean and quiet. The staff is friendly. All in all we would recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Only 1 lift was working, although it didn't bothered too much as we didn't mind to take the stairs.

stayed for couple of night, the beds were very comfortable. the staff were very helpful in giving information, and how go about it. the breakfast was a large spread, but gets crowded during the 9-10 am time.

The breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice and a very good standard.

The room was very noisy. It's a busy area and the windows did not block out the sound at all. I arrived very late after cancelled flights and my luggage had been lost. I know that there was nothing the person on reception could have done, but he could have pretended to be sympathetic. I had had to get a taxi. The taxi driver asked the guy on reception if he could use their toilet and he was very rudely refused. The taxi driver was black. I felt very sorry for him and embarrassed.

Amazing breakfast! I travel a lot around the world and this is in the top two ever. Staff are very helpful. Convenient location, especially if you’re traveling by train or bus.

Clean hotel and rooms in an excellent, very convenient location.

Rooms are truly tiny and minimal. It's fine if you just want a comfortable bed to crash in, but not really great for spending any time in.
