Very close to the airport and the staff gave me a lift to the airport in the morning which was kind of them.

The worst experience in Thailand. They have announced pick up service from and to the airport, but they don’t actually have it and the receptionist doesn’t apologize nor offer an alternative solution. Absolute no possibility to do the check in a little early and the receptionist answers in an unpolite way. The receptionist man a very rude, unpolite person, not willing to help with anything, laughing at us with a sarcastic laugh! like a bully and not unswerving any of our questions. That was not professional, not acceptable and not adequate for someone giving a service. He didn’t want to give me a receipt, when is not a favor, it is his responsibility, the other receptionist gave one to me. because of the mistreatment we checked out sooner. the bedsheets had stains, the shower was clogged and Wi-Fi incredible slows. Ugly surroundings, nothing to do close by, nowhere to eat and far from the beach. Not recommended

Clean room, AC clean, free water, confortable bed, quiet room 😁👍 Bonus: they were very nice and drove us to the aeroport for free. I recommend this hotel.

Very good and clean room, with a really comfortable bed. Exceptional value for money. Stayed here 4 years ago and returned. Still the same great staff, extremely helpful in every way. They serve very good coffee from the little coffee shop in front of the hotel. The hotel is situated only 1 km. from Pukhet International Airport (we walked down there after arrival). A great beach is also on walking distance. Altogether highly recommended!

They offered a shuttle to the airport at our desired time for free, which was extremely helpful. The room was basic and clean. Hosts were truly friendly and gave recommendations about where to eat and buy around for the last night in Thailand. I recommend this hotel for a last night in Thailand near Phuket Airport.

No restaurant or bar in the hotel. Otherwise, it fulfilled all of our expectations and beyond.
