Perfect location, with gorgeous views from every window. Excellent facilities with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Very comfortable, extra large bed, tea, coffee, shortbread, fudge, scones, jam and cream, location within easy walking distance of St Ives, private parking. Any queries we had were responded to quickly and kindly.

The views are INCREDIBLE. And the fact that it’s got parking makes a stay in St Ives even more relaxing. It is walking distance to main beaches and restaurants, but secluded enough that it’s a quiet night.
The internal staircase had a bunch of stuff that made it a bit difficult to come in and out, but it wasn’t a massive issue.

Everything about the apartment was perfect for our mini break in our favourite place. The views cannot be rivalled and the apartment is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible

Fantastic accommodation.Wonderful views from all rooms. Beautiful location, 5 minutes away from the beach.Only downside is it's very hilly, but it was definately worth it. Great host, helpful.

Superb location and view of St.Ive’s. Was lovely being welcomed with a hamper of Cornish goodies! Very cosy apartment.
Would be better if the sash windows opened at the top, rather than the bottom. Also, the glass bedroom door is rather dangerous and would benefit from being replaced with a sliding door.

The views are amazing, the host, Mark was very helpful. The apartment is well located so that you don't need to park in the very busy St Ives. The lounge is very spacious and you can just sit there and watch the views forever. The bedroom and kitchen views are also amazing. The floor to ceiling windows allowed us to fully enjoy the views on offer. The photos in the promotional material do not do the views justice, they are even better than expected.

Surprisingly spacious and really well thought out...the apartment had great views and amenities and all that you need for any length of stay. Me, my 12 year old and my 17 year old all loved it here! allocated parking space is an excellent extra too.
there's genuinely nothing we could have improved on, it felt like home from home and was just minutes away from everything that St Ives has to offer yet positioned so that there weren't people walking past your window day and night.

Panoramic views of St Ives harbour. Fully fitted kitchen. Lovely apartment. Handy to be able to park to the rear of the apartment. A welcome beak with my wife.

Fabulous location, but beware, it's a short but steep climb from the seafront, the views from the apartment were stunning, and the overall apartment was a decent size to accommodate four plus a dog. Some nice touches with Cornish food treats on arrival and plenty extras like beach windbreakers, umbrella, games to play.
Lighting in the kitchen was rather dark, cupboard and drying space was limited. Freezer door needs attention
