Bedroom has a huge bed frame but is two queen size mattresses so not the most space for a couple on one mattress Some scaffolding up during stay

Fantastic views from every room. All the facilities you would ever require for your stay, it even has a washing machine! Normally when booking any trips I untick everything except hotels, but in this case I couldn't find a hotel that met my requirements and when I widened the search, I found the excellent reviews on Pednolver Apt 4 which swayed me into booking it. It was so good that I will look at self contained properties ahead of hotels in the future.

Fabulous apartment. large comfortable and clean. And truly fantastic views out over ST Ives town and harbour from the windows and terrace. Great information provided by host. It’s in a great location being only five minutes walk down into the town. I would say though that the street & steps up to the apartment are quite steep, something to bear in mind.

There is nothing that I didn’t like about the apartment.

Self catering. Especially good that we asked for the sofa bed for our son. Bedding and a towel were provided. We have stayed in 5* hotels and most forget the extra towel. Cream tea with scones, milk and tea provided excellent

Brilliant penthouse apartment everything you need very spacious and comfortable and very clean sky TV was great every channel even sports and movies great views from balcony looking down to St Ives I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this accommodation and we will certainly be back in the future keep up the good work guys cheers

A bit high up

Great views over St Ives but apartment is away from the crowds in town. There is a parking space and it's not too far to lug things upstairs. Exceptionally well-stocked kitchen and we did a lot of cooking using local butcher for meat and allotment shop in town for everything else. Bathroom is huge and airy. Every room has a view of the sea. Dog-friendly.

Attention to detail. Clean, tidy, location spot on. Brilliant views. Brilliant communication from owner at every point. Lovely extras.
