Staff was extremely friendly particularly Mr. Yakup in reception. He did everything to make us comfortable and meet our demands. Turkish breakfast was open buffet and delicious! Facility was clean as well. Overall parking is not a problem - you always find somewhere on the road. Overall I recommend this hotel.

The location is quite close to the city center (around 700 meters), but due to hill, it gets challenging to climb back after dinner with hot weather. We stayed in a room looking at the main road which is noisy with traffic and mosque. If you can close the window and sleep full night under AC, I guess wouldn’t be a no problem. Unfortunately, internet was not stable in the room (possibly in only our room in the 2nd floor #1 as it is far from the router).

I left a feedback with 4 stars on booking after my trip ended. I gave -1 for the overall service without any details and the staff member saw it. After that manager Yakup texted me on my personal number and started to insult me. He said that I didn't appreciate that he lifted my bags although he did it only once when we arrived, but I thought it is his job. For that he callled me spoiled, conceited, rich daughter. It is completely inappropriate. I am very disappointed that I paid so much for this kind of service. It is a shame that this person works there. If my husband were present he wouldn't be so brave in texting me and insulting me I guess.

I very liked the host’s attention to us. He helped us in all our questions and always be polite and friendly! I also appreciated the cleanness of the room and host’s attention to detailed. View from the terrace was awesome!

There was a very loud fight in the middle of the night by the neighbors and it wasnt resolved by staff. I had to get up and make sure no one was getting hurt

Not all rooms were ready when we got there.

This is maybe one of the very few properties in Kas with car parking always available. It is situated at the edge of Kas, but just 10 minutes away from city center and 5 minutes away from main shops and restaurants. The uphill to the apartment is not too steep either. The room is very new and bathroom facilities are great. We also had a splendid view from a balcony on the harbor, mosque and a big part of a city. Highly recommended for those who will travel to Kas by car.

We stayed 3 days and did have room service, but we didn't ask for that either. Maybe they do it upon request. Some people mentioned it was loud from a road and mosque nearby. I wouldn't say we experienced too much noise. It was quite alright: sound of passing by cars sometimes and a call for prayer in the morning. Nothing more
