i not stayed what I booked but they give me other villa and it was fine but not good as what i booked

there’s almost everything you may need for life, the size of the apartment is amazing for two of us 😁 I already miss the sunrises I’ve met on my balcony ♥️

there was no possibility to change bad sheets and I also missed rubber gloves and paper towels)

The view was perfect! We really enjoyed sitting out on the terrace every evening to watch the sunset. The apartment had plenty of space and was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Fine for us, but could be difficult access for elderly as you have to walk up a steep hill to get to the apartment.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, including a panini maker. The views from the balcony are great. Downtown is an easy walk.

The apartment smelt of damp. The hot water in the shower ran out quickly. Would have preferred duvets on the beds instead of sheets with blankets.

Nice apartment. The views from windows and balcony were amazing. Everything you need is available in this apartment. Downtown Kas is a 12 minute walk. You need to be able to climb stairs and hills to stay here. Can park your car right in front of the building.

The view was great, the flat has everything you need in it. From washing powder to cutlery and pots, it's great for long term stays. All you need to do is bring your food and drink! Comfy and clean beds and bathroom. The area is very quiet. It has parking too.

I didn't know the area much so I didn't realise the location was a bit distant from the centre. And the flat is at the top. Going down is easy to the city but coming back at night (especially if you are drunk :))) and climbing the hill was a bit difficult for me. But if you have car, it's literally 1 min to the city centre and all attractions.

really no major points to complain on. The apartment maybe could have been a bit better vacuumed before. Location for us was great, even if it is not too close to the beach, we knew we will have to walk but thanks to that we had beatiful views.

Very spacious, great equipped apartment, with beatiful view from balcony. You will get everything you need for a longer stay. Dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, kitchen and bathroom solutions, laundry drier. Service is also top, the landlord is quickly approachable and flexible.

View, location and overall condition of the apartment were great. There was free parking and we could always find a space. It was calm at night but still very close to all the attractions and the center.

The lamp post in front of the balcony cut the view. It's a small detail, but if it wasn't there, view would have been absolutely perfect. (Pretty amazing anyways)

The view from the balcony is nice), but only if you look straight ahead. If you look a bit down - there is a construction site. The kitchen is well equipped.

First of all, the host! The guy was very unfriendly and unprofessional. We have booked the apartment with 2 bedrooms. The second bedroom was supposed to be for our 2 kids of 6 and 13 years old( I gave the info to the host of course) On the photo there was 2 separate beds. Despite that,we were given 2 double beds apartment . On my question “Do they have to sleep together on one bed?” The host said “ they can sleep on the sofas” 🙈 The host started lying and inventing the reasons why did we get the wrong apartment. That was very unpleasant. The apartment itself is very simple and worn out, bedrooms are small with cheap furniture.(во второй спальне чтобы включить свет над кроватью надо выключить кондиционер😅🙈). Stains on the mirror in the bathroom and very slow water flow. The swimming pool is small and there are no sun-beds around, just some chairs. The way to the apartments steep. All in all, this is definitely not the best choice in Kas. Kas itself is charming.

Really good location, perfect view from apartment. It is well equipped and makes you feel really at home.

Road is nearby, a bit laud. Wifi connection was very slow.

Good area and viev. Close to shop and centre city. Clean rooms and good staff in apart. Best hotel.
