Small rooms

Staff were incredible! So friendly and carried both our 26+kg suitcases for us and gave us great recommendations. Breakfast on the terrace was great as well!

Rooms were a little small but didn’t really matter as we were only in the room to sleep!

Everything was perfect they offered a bigger room with a small balcony facing the sea. The room is well maintained with all that's we need. The owner he is just a great jentelman he explained where to go and where to eat. They offered fresh breakfast up on the roof with a great view 👌 😉 I wish i could stay more than one night. Believe me, this place is perfect and near all the sights there.

The man at the front desk was lovely with lots of great recommendations and really helpful when we couldn’t get our air con to work just before we went to bed (close the balcony door). It is relatively simple but everything is done really well with small, nice touches like beach towels and flippers available to borrow and fresh almonds in reception. Breakfast was the best we had in Turkey and the breakfast room is at the top with a lovely view.

Room was a bit small, limited space for our suitcase. Also, no lift.

This hotel is a must-stay!! We arrived to this beautiful coastal hotel with designated parking right out in front. It has ocean views with walking distance to everything. The owner is a very generous and over accommodating with any concerns you may have. He went above and beyond and this hotel really reflects the service and care it has for you. The breakfast was on the top terrace and was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend to anyone.

Very nice hotel located in the city Center, very close to the sea. The manager (ir maybe the owner) was really kind and helpful. He provided lot of information. We appreciate his very useful suggestion to do kekova island and Patara beach in one day. The hotel room Is very comfortable and very complete for a good stay. The hotel also provides towels and accesories to go the beach. It has parking place in the street justo un front of the hotel. Anyway, parking slot was easy to find nearby. A special mention to the breakfast. It is in a terrace located in the top of the building with a beautiful view to the sea. The breakfast Is buffet type with a variety of dishes which was incredible (special the Greek type yoghurt which is my favourite) I recommend this hotel without hesitation.

The room was small but well laid out and very clean. The staff at this hotel from reception to cleaners are extremely welcoming and helpful. My husband twisted his knee whilst staying there and the staff could not have been more concerned and willing to help us. The provision of beach towels is great. Customer service here is outstanding.

Friendly staff, parking, good breakfast in the rooftop

Everything was perfect. Breakfast is amazing with a beautiful Kaş view. Hotel was clean and the staff was helpful.

Location and breakfast were awesome. The rooms are really clean. They also have some extra services like: free new beach towels eveyday. They wash also your own towels if you put them in the bin. They also have some free beach stuff like goggles that you can borrow for the whole day. The staff was awesome, we like the place a lot and would reccomend to others. They have an agreement with the nearest beach which is like 80m far, it's called Mumi beach. The enterence fee is 50TL ( which is nearly 2.5€ each )

I would have been definitely better to have the AC close to the enterence door, not directly on the bed. Kas is really hot, especially in July and August, that's why sleeping was not very easy. There was the airconditioner, which was working very well but the air was coming directly to us with the risk of waking up totally paralyzed in the morning. That's why we were waking up in the middle of the night just to have the ac turn off and turn on again after 10 minutes since the room without ac was impossibile to live in.

Amazing! I did not expect this quality for this price , but wow ! Amazing and I recommend it to anyone going to Kaş.

Our room was abit small but still okay!

Breakfast was very versatile and delicious, came with a variety of fresh pastries and mezzes made by the lovely ladies in the kitchen. The terrace where breakfast was served was also really nice. And special thanks for the room upgrade.

Hotel location, the great breakfast and lovely bright modern room. Staff were very friendly and the nearby beach club facility was great too

An exceptional hotel with superb owners. Nothing was an issue and they were very helpful. The hotel is very very clean and the room was perfect and well maintained on a daily basis. All staff were on the ball and the ladies in the breakfast restaurant were excellent and friendly and really looked after us. all in all a super hotel and highly recommended. We’ll return 10/10
