Great setting for a small family reunion

We were a family of five and had room for many more! It was a very large space and a lovely home! Game room and living room downstairs were huge, and the access to the town of Lake Geneva was about a ten minute gorgeous drive!

Spacious and clean, the house was perfect for a weekend get together with family. We appreciated the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor as some family members have a tough time with stairs. Plenty of places to sit all together, play cards, and have communal meals.

the house is a little tired windows need washing paint needs touch up living room couches are worn lower level needs a dehumidifier- it was extremely damp overall we were satisfied and unit met expectations, fixing the above could get a five star in place of the four star the upstairs showers could use a shelf for soap and shampoo the unit had plenty of dishes and glassware but was short on silverware, there were 7 of us so we needed to run dishwasher after every meal to have enough silverware the teflon skillet needs to be replaced location was good and check in was easy-

We had an AMAZING time at this home! Kurt was fantastic and so communicative from the start, answering all my questions and ensuring we had all info prior to arrival. The house was lovely, as the other reviews mention you don't realize what a GEM this place is and how big it is from the outside! Upstairs had three big spaced rooms, 2 full bathrooms and downstairs had a large bedroom (beds were full size) and bathroom. Love how much space everyone had here and how clean it was. Upstairs living room set up was nicely laid out. And they had chairs, inflateables and other gear we borrowed for the beach which was nice. Only thing missing was this house being right off the water - but it was a blink of a drive to Lake Lawn resort and just 15 mins to Lake Geneva area. Def recommend a visit to Geneva National for their "dance floor" putting for family range. We also boated in Twin Lakes since prices are better and they have sandbars. All in all, loved calling this property home for our family vacation and would recommend to anyone!

Couple things: a dehumidifier would help the basement odor. The railing around the steps should be tightened—a little dangerous for kids. Otherwise, just fine. Thx

Our Delavan/Lake Geneva Vacation Home provided a fabulous venue for our family reunion. Kurt was our host and provided timely and informative responses to all of my planning questions. Our vacation home was spacious, nicely located, and very clean. I look forward to our next opportunity to stay at this vacation home.

Very nice and comfortable

Wonderful spacious home with lots of light and room for us five women to set up our sewing machines. The home had everything that we needed in a quiet neighborhood.

The house is great for multiple families. All the rooms are huge. Clean, comfortable beds. The kitchen is galley but has plenty of space for 2-3 people preparing meals. Lots of kitchen tools & supplies. Appliances, except the range, are all updated. Bathrooms nicely done & roomy. . We will consider staying again someday.

The property owners were outstanding through the process and the property was clean and as advertised. Highly recommend

The Delavan home was clean and accommodating. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed lounging in the living room and playing cards in the dining room. We had everything we needed. We were close to restaurants and taphouses. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We recommend the property to others.

Very lovely house, plenty of room for a family of 6. Managers response was super quick. Overall nice stay close to shopping and restaurants.

Love this house. We've stayed here twice and will return. This house is very clean, large floor plans, plenty of room for everyone. Upgrades are happening since the last time we were there, which was a nice surprise. Highly recommended this house. Only complaint would be lack of tissues in the house, and 1-ply toilet paper. Thanks for sharing your home with us! Some really fun memories were made last weekend, and some much needed relaxing time was had❤️

The space is amazing. We truly enjoyed our little retreat here. The house is incredible spacious and the location is perfect for heading in and out of downtown Lake Geneva.

My sisters, brother, and I had a very comfortable stay at Kurt and Laura’s house. The yard, bedrooms and living space are so spacious, I think I’ll bring my family of six by next time. I’d highly recommend this property!

Our group of longtime friends had a super weekend at this spacious, cozy home in Delavan. Plenty of room to spread out, all the comforts of home. Everything was super clean! We'd highly recommend this property!

Everything was really nice and really felt welcoming. We had a great time. Clean and neat. Everything you would need at your disposal. More than any other VRBO I’ve stayed at. Very up to date. Close to everything. I would definitely recommend this place.

My high school friend and I were doing a getaway (usually there are 3 of us but one couldn’t come this time). We were entertained most mornings and evenings by a rafter of turkeys that would parade through the property. Opening the door upon arrival, we found the home welcoming. The home was clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The location was close enough to Lake Geneva for shopping and a boat ride. Just wish we could have changed the weather from tornadoes, rain, wind, and graupel to a sunny day but the home was warm and inviting upon our return in the late afternoons. Thank you for sharing this home.

Well located in Delevan

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in July 2022. Plenty of room for kids to play in yard. Very nice deck off of kitchen. Loved the idea where all had their own sleeping area. Basement was modern and beautiful place to hang out. Only update I would say would be the screen porch from basement level to outside and the basement bathroom. Close to local beaches was a plus. We would stay here again in the future.

The house was quite lovely and mostly updated. Very spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare food. Lots of nice amenities with the screened in porch, large deck and fire pit area. Neighborhood was quiet and very nice to walk as two blocks away is Lake Delavan. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend it!!

Perfect house and location for our buddies golf trip. A short drive to all the golf resorts. There were 4 bedrooms with various features that we competitively golfed for on the first day. The house is very spacious with two family room areas, and I would have to guess the property is around an acre. Everything was clean and neat when we checked in. Highly recommend.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Lots of room, nice outdoors, perfect deck to sit on and enjoy your morning coffee, very clean house with all the amenities you need to cook and gather with the family. Extremely comfortable beds. The house is older but it did not bother us at all since it was very clean and inviting! I rarely say this but I will rent it again in our future travels…
