The breakfast was delicious. The staff, especially the front desk, were extremely helpful. The grounds and room were beautiful. The linens were nice as were the bath products. Loved the nightly chocolate. We would definitely stay here again.

We would prefer a better mattress. This one was wrapped in plastic (?) and made a noise when we moved. It was also very hard. We are early risers and would have appreciated a coffee station set up in the bar with hot coffee ( regular and decaf) so that we could access it in the morning ( rather than the” pods “ in the room.

The property is an oasis in Oaxaca! Walking in surrounded by greenery and perfectly placed foliage complimenting the rest of the designs is a serene feeling. The service and staff are exceptional, EVERY ONE OF THEM! From the bell man, front desk, to housekeeping. The vibe here is calm and relaxing, perfect for a city that can be loud and have lots of traffic. They have great recommendations for dinner as well, and parking is super easy. Before you arrive, I recommend calling before driving up if you are taking a car - the google maps might misplace the address. The pictures don’t do justice to the beauty of this place honestly, the patio in the room is PART OF THE ROOM! The lighting at night is exceptionally done. Not overpowering - it’s the perfect hue of warm lighting and just the right amount. The lighting in the room is thorough, many lights to choose from and customize the vibe. Just book it. Now, to the point, I have stayed in wonderful world renowned 5 diamond hotels and some that are more humble - but THIS PLACE TOOK THE LEAD ON BEST & MOST GENUINE SERVICE & ACCOMMODATIONS.

The staff was great! David, Jose & noeme we’re so kind and let us practice our Spanish with them. The hotel and the room were beautiful . Breakfast was always great.

More mixer options for cocktails. Specifically grapefruit. More food options for dinner. The bed was a bit firm for us. The hotel did not confirm the booking for our taxi from the airport, but they made up for it later. The courtyard was so cute I wish it had a hottub, or small pool. Most other hotels had one of those.
