The apartment was clean, cosy, lovely. The cooking facilities were very good. Beds were lovely and comfortable. We love the decor, it was so homely and peaceful. We have no complaints. Everything was clean and staff were very nice. The manager Jerry was very good. We love it and would like to return.

Getting to and from the apartment with snow boots is a bit difficult.

The location was great and was a super easy check in.

We were told on departure after cleaning the room to put the doona cover back on the bed as they don’t usually like cleaning them after each stay and usually leave them on for at least three guest stays (we were in the room for 3 nights and they still didn’t want them cleaned). We were all shocked to know we had slept in sheets that had not been cleaned and had already been used by other guests, especially in COVID times and especially when we paid $60 extra for sheets and they were not even new/ clean. We were also shocked to learn the room does not get cleaned after us - while we were happy to clean the room we thought they would at least sanitize the room after our cleaning efforts to make sure it’s not just surfaced cleaned.

We are grateful to have been able to stay there. Would book again
