Este apartamento respeita todas as normas sanitárias, sendo sujeito sempre, entre estadias a um proceso de higienização, composto por duas fases: limpeza e desinfeção.
O apartamento dispõe de WIFI gratuito e vários canais de televisão portugueses e estrangeiros.
Apresenta uma excelente localização, em frente ao canal central da famosa ria de Aveiro e, com vistas deslumbrantes para o jardim do Rossio (recém requalificado).
Ocupação máxima: 6 pessoas (cama de casal, duas camas individuais e sofá-cama para 2 pessoas). Dispomos ainda dum sofá cambalhota ideal para uma criança dormir e dum berço de viagem para bebé.
O apartamento tem:
- Quarto romântico (com cama de casal e sofá cambalhota);
- Quarto primavera (com duas camas individuais);
- sala de estar com varanda (vista para a ria de Aveiro) e com sofá-cama;

The apartment is big and clean. Nice view of the city from the balcony. The property owner was very helpful and always available for questions and concerns. Would recommend to friends and will stay here again next time my family comes to Aveiro.

Well situated to walk to museums, shops and restaurants. Very comfortable for two people. The owners are very welcoming. We’d stay again. The only downside in August is shortage of car parking spaces. Still, you can’t have everything.

My young adult daughter and I stayed in this rental for 3 nights and it was perfect for our needs. Unfortunately, my daughter became ill with strep throat. However, luckily for us, the local contact who gave us the keys and home tour, was incredibly helpful and directed us to the local public hospital, where my daughter was quickly treated for 16 euros! The well appointed home was a great place for my daughter to hang out and recover, while I went on short excursions to explore the city. The only downside is that there is a major construction project going on adjacent to the building. However, it was pretty interesting to watch their progress from the window. The noise was not an issue and we were sure to patronize the nice restaurant below, as foot traffic is reduced. Overall, it was a great rental and a convenient location, with excellent communication with the owner and local contact.

Very good location; clean and tidy; comfortable but sparse; spare with detergents, coffee, etc.; easy to check in. Biggest issue is major construction in front of the building, scheduled to be completed some time in 2023. This is not stated in the rental description.

Beautiful apartment and location
This spot was perfect for me, my husband, my two sons (8,5) and my mother. The location is excellent. There is construction going on across the street but my family sleeps through anything so even with our windows open it didn’t bother us. Walking distance to everything, including free parking and a playground. Everything is the town is excellent from food to drink to sightseeing. I give this location 5 stars for everything. Plenty of pillows and blankets and towels which helps our large group. One tiny critic, fridge was left in a little used condition. We didn’t really store much in there but this would have bothered me if we tried to store food in there. I think it was a very minor over look and I’m sure it was just a fluke that this happened.
Again - wonderful spot! Would have loved to stay here for much longer!!!

superbe endroit
cela fait la 4eme année de suite que nous venons er sommes toujours aussi bien accueilli par conceao ainsi que par Marlene que nous espérons rencontrer l'année prochaine car nous allons revenir.
aveiro et home aveiro ria sont a découvrir sans hésiter.

Amenities - Great!
A warm welcome and very helpful. The Apartment is spacious and had everything we needed to cater for the 2 young children (ages 4 and 2) and very clean. Parking near and safe. Opposite, on the green, there are a couple of swings and see-saw for the children. Location is excellent too.

Muy amable y siempre atenta. Contestó siempre los mensajes muy rápido. El apartamento cómodo y con todo equipado para una buena estadía. El apartamento no puede estar en mejor locación por q esta a corta distancia del supermercado, restaurante, bares, plazas y "Ria de Aveiro con los moliceiros". El apartamento es muy limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para proveer una estadía cómoda. Si algún día regresamos a Aveiro no hay duda q regresariamos al apartamento de Marlene.

Super Fewo für Aveirobesucher mit Kinder 5 von 5!
Wir haben uns von Anfang an in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die ruhige Lage in direkter Parknähe in Aveiro ist genial, die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und vor allem sehr familienfreundlich.
Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Gemütliche Ausstattung.
Guter,angenehmer Aufenthalt
Die Wohnung ist ruhig und doch verkehrsgünstig gelegen,geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Der Kontakt vorab per Mail und auch vor Ort war durchweg sehr positiv!
Wir kommen sicher wieder! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, da wir lange noch nicht alles gesehen haben, obwohl wir versucht haben, so viel wie möglich in die 4 Tage zu packen;-)

Great location, pleasant apartment
The location is superb. From the living room and the small balcony there is a beautiful view to the Jardim do Rossio park and to the canal with the traditional boats. Restaurants and shops are nearby.
The area is lively so be prepared for some noise, also at night.
The spacious apartment is not new, but nice and pleasant and had all we needed. In summary, we had a wonderful week in Aviero. Thanks also to Marlene’s colleague, Conceição, for being so welcoming and helpful.

L'appartement correspond à la description ainsi qu'aux photos et Aveiro est une ville magnifique, il y a des animations et des restaurants et beaucoup d'endroits sympa à découvrir. Un peu de bruit tout de même, le soir dans le bâtiment et les lits grinces un peu. La petite terrasse est très appréciable pour profiter du soleil et observer la vie locale. Marlène et Conceiçao sont très attentionnées et professionnelles.Merci pour cet accueil et votre gentillesse.

Bel appartement lumineux , ensoleillé et trés spacieux .
Fonctionnel et confortable , il est pourvu du nécessaire et , il est d'une propreté irréprochable . Bonne literie . Wifi trés appréciable , chaînes tv françaises aussi ! Trés bonne situation ,proche centre ville , de toutes nécessités ou loisirs ...Mme MB , la propriétaire entre plusieurs fois en contact , pour nous être agréable tant au niveau informatif que de nos souhaits . Quant à sa collaboratrice Conceição , l'accueil est formidable et elle se tient disponible pour tous renseignements et aides diverses . Une fleur et une boîte de spécialités locales nous ont été offertes à notre arrivée , geste délicat ... Aveiro est une trés jolie ville où il fait bon vivre , du moins y séjourner ... Nous y retournerons , et prendrons le même appartement !

An excellent apartment, very convenient to centre of the town, all the tourist attractions, restaurants and bars; good views. Great base to explore Aveiro and central Portugal. Very helpful staff too.

Tout a été parfait, Madame Ferreira nous a très bien reçu. L'étoile manquante sur l'appréciation est dû au fait que le parking public devant la maison est payant et qu'il n'était pas mentionné dans l'annonce de Homeliday.

We had a wonderful five night stay at this flat. It had absolutely everything you could need during your stay. Marlene was very hospitable and very responsive at all times to our requests. Because we arrived on a late flight, she arranged to meet us at 10:00pm at the apartement. We loved the location as it was central to almost everything in Aveiro and in particular "Ria de Aveiro", "Jardim do Rossio" and the university. The house was very clean and the kitchen very well equipped. Just outside our door were restaurants, bars, and great shopping. I would definitely recommend this flat to friends and family and would stay here again without hesitation.

Wonderful experience
The apartment was perfect! Very spacious and well appointed. The location is wonderful, near the canals and excellent restaurants. Marlene’s colleague, Conceição provided us with some wonderful ideas of things to do in the town. We highly recommend this location.

Great for short stays
My sister and I spent a month in Aveiro and absolutely loved the city and its people. We were picked up at the train station and driven to the apartment, and the following day, "Sam" picked us up and drove us to the grocery store so we could do our shopping, and then graciously helped carry them up to the 3rd floor apartment .... no easy task for us "senior" ladies!! The apartment's location is perfectly located to almost all the sites and activities and a car is not needed. All amenities are within a reasonable walking distance. If you are looking for a quiet location this may not be for you as there is constant activity on the street right outside the apartment with several tour buses coming and going throughout every day of the week beginning early morning until late afternoon. This in addition to constant car traffic which goes on into the wee hours, and the loud conversations of the gypsy parking ambassadors (for lack of a better word). The apartment is minimally equipped but Marlene was eager to please and quickly accommodated our requests for inexpensive items such as extra clothes hangers, kitchen items, bathmat and bathroom rug. Marlene's agent in Aveiro, Sam, was quick to respond when we had an issue with low water pressure and lack of hot water and also when we had a problem with the gas stove and bathtub drainage. The master bedroom was comfortable enough but the second bedroom with the twin beds was more challenging with a lot of noise at night from overhead tenants ...but this can happen anywhere. Earplugs helped with that situation. Mattress was not comfortable and mattress pad and quilts are in definite need of an upgrade. Kitchen items such as modern toaster and a coffee pot would be a welcome addition. Although the living room has a great view, the balcony is too small to sit out on, nor would you want to given the activity on the street below. The apartment would definitely score a "10" for location but not so high on comfort or modern conveniences. Also lots of stairs to climb as it really is a third floor apartment with no elevator.

We have spent one month in the delightful city of Aveiro in this beautiful apartment. Both the pictures and description reveal what the apartment really is. Fully equipped with all that is needed, it is very confortable, perfectly located and with the most beautiful view to Ria de Aveiro.
We are extremely grateful to Marlene, who made us a very special price due to our long stay.
Moreover, Marlene and her collaborator Conceição helped us to organize our days in a very enjoyable way. Thanks to them we had the opportunity to know more profoundly the city of Aveiro, the closest ones, as Porto, Coimbra and Viseu, and also some more distant places such as Guimarães, Fátima, and Alcobaça.
Although we arrived much later than agreed, due to the delay in our flight, we were very well received. We are looking forward to return to this beautiful home in the summer of 2017 to enjoy the beautiful Portuguese beaches. Thank you very much for your kindness.

Very comfortable apartment within walking distance to everything Aveiro has to offer!
We spent 6 very comfortable days in Home Aveiro Ria. The apartment is well stocked with many amenities, the beds are comfortable and the wifi is powerful. The check-in/check-out process is great and we could tell that the owner has thought of everything to make the experience more enjoyable for us.
The location is very good, with most of Aveiro within a 12 minute walk. Parking is plentiful and it's easy to get on the A25 highway and go to the beaches or explore other areas for the day.
Very highly recommended! We will stay in this apartment again!
