Fantastic location, lovely and quiet with a local shop and pub nearby. Right by a public footpath which was great for dog walking. Everything in the annex we needed. Fabulous grounds and views.

The annexe and the grounds were amazing. Plenty of space for my dog to run around. Owners very friendly.

The location is perfect in beautiful surroundings on the outskirts of Holmfirth. The Annexe is very cosy spacious.

The property itself was beautiful however we had issues with the smoke alarm going off when we put the log fire on or when cooking/ grilling certain foods which consequently we received a knock on the door from the owner’s questioning us on what was happening? We followed all guidelines in the welcome book but the smoke alarm’s still went off. This caused us to feel anxious & slightly stressed as the owners are directly below you in the building and didn’t want the alarm to go off again so we did not light the fire or use the grill on the cooker again which was a shame.

The location was lovely and peaceful. There was everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very friendly.

Could have done with a feather duster to get to cobwebs in the bedroom.

At the end of a day walking it was a pleasure to get back and rekax in the flat. Very convenient location.

Absolutely a beautiful property and the annexe was perfect and spotlessly clean. They had thought of everything, and a perfect location with a 15-20 min walk into town.

Would have preferred a kingsize bed only because we are both tall but it will not stop us from returning, everything else was perfect.

Very cosy and comfortable annexe with a beautiful formal garden outside. Just perfect for a solo or couple.
