You cannot beat the location and the pier on this property. Shopping, fishing, restaurants are just minutes away. We have been staying at this unit every year, for the last 11 years.

Condo exceeded our expectations. Very nicely stocked condo, roomy and very well taken care of. Owner was super nice and friendly. We will definitely be renting again soon!

Would not change a thing. Was absolutely perfect. We have stayed in lots of condos in past years. This by far is the BEST ONE we have stayed at. Hopefully will be returning to this same one next year !!!!!

Enjoyed our stay. Loves the "apartment " layout of condo. Quiet, private and homey feeling. Comfy beds and comfy LR furniture. Easy access to pool, pier, and beach. The accuracy of the listing, however, was disappointing. It stated hot tub and gym, but i found neither and security told me there was no hot tub on premises. Other than that, very pleasant

We absolutely loved our stay in Orange Beach! The condo was super spacious and more than enough room for a family of four to spread out. Having 3 bathrooms was extra handy with 3 ladies to get ready in. The corner balcony was huge and loved how it overlooked the pier and beach. Very easy access down to the beach and lots of room to spread out with our beach chairs and umbrella. We never had to feel rushed to claim a spot. We would definitely stay here again!

The first impression was the filthy elevators and the smell Knew Right away was going to be questionable. The pull out Sofa has no linens or pillows and we reserved for a party of 6. The Ceramic tiles were loose. Baseboards and corners really dirty. Grout was dirty. Sliding door of Master would not open.
The only good thing was the Master bed was comfortable.

The condo was great. Lots of room and a fantastic view! The boys loved the Pier and used both pool and the beach. We had a wonderful time and would love to return.

The condo was amazing. Walking the pier in the evening to see the sharks was spectacular!!

The private pier was an amazing place to stroll and watch the many sharks lazing around the area. It was great to watch them try to intercept the many fishermen's catches. The unit was clean and comfortable. The "gourmet" kitchen is a stretch. There are appliances; however, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and other cooking paraphernalia were minimal.

Our favorite part of this property is the private pier and beach access! It is a quick drive to several great restaurants! Plenty to do with the kids. Perfect spring break!

We came to Orange Beach to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary and to go to the Shrimp Festival. The festival was disappointing but the condo was just as advertised on Vrbo. Very good view of the ocean and the pier is a major plus. We saw sharks, manatee, stingray, dolphins and sea turtles everyday.
The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen could have been a little more equipped with pots and pans and cooking utensils but was adequate. Extra mini fridge and wet bar was a plus. Would definitely recommend to others to rent. Owners were very responsive when we needed anything. Weather couldn’t have been any nicer, 80-85 every day. Great place to stay!

Love this condo. Especially the fishing pier which is also a great place to enjoy the sunset. Condo kitchen is very well equipped. Grocery stores close by as well as shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful views, easy access to the beach and pools. 5 girls and 3 bathrooms was great! We had a great time at this condo. I felt safe w the teen girls going to the pool & beach without adults. Everything was clean and everyone we met was friendly. Hope to return soon.

Beautiful views, Spacious and Great Location!!
Great location, beautiful views, very spacious and loved the pier!! Be sure to take extra dishwashing liquid, washing machine detergent, toilet paper and paper towels if you’re staying more than a couple of days. They did supply sample packets but definitely had to buy more!! Overall loved it and had a great vacation and would recommend this property to anyone vacating in Orange Beach!!

The property could have been cleaner. Owner responded quickly to the problems but I think condo could use a better cleaning overall. Floors were dirty even after someone came back to clean them and we washed the sheets for sofa and no pillow cases. Family enjoyed the pier.

Exactly as shown on line! Very clean and in a great location!! Really enjoyed the pier and easy access to the beach. Really unique lay out of the condo made having two masters wonderful! Management was very easy to notify and responded immediately! Wonderful stay!

Spacious condo, wonderful private pier
This was our second stay and again we enjoyed it. We really enjoyed having 3 full bathrooms. The guys love the fishing pier. The parking situation And parking lot construction was resolved during our stay And the security guard and condo owner were friendly and helpful to answer questions we had about parking our 2nd car. We will definitely stay there again.

Something For Everyone
We enjoyed the pier!! Having the ability to walk down and fish made the beach enjoyable for everyone that came with us. Complete entertainment for my husband and 2 teenage boys. We saw Sheephead, sting rays, flounder, and plenty of white fish. We come down several times an year to deep sea fish and relax and we will stay here more frequently. Fabulous location

The private fishing pier is wonderful fishing and beautiful sunsets.
The unit was nice loved the 3 baths and walk-in closet and spacious bedrooms. The wet bar , extra mini. refrigerator and the little electric fireplace were all awesome to have extra. The master bathroom was very nice and big! Although the shower stall was a bit small.

Overall was good
We have stayed here before and have always enjoyed our stay! Great location with beautiful views! It wasn’t as clean when we arrived as we thought it would be . It seemed as if the floor wasn’t swept or mopped . We also could have used more blankets. But overall it was a good stay!

Nice place
Comfortable condo although as many of the other reviews state, the floors could use a thorough cleaning. There were extra blankets in the closets since comforters are not provided. Kitchen lacks some cookware and the some of the silverware was very rough, the spoons are very jagged. Overall nice place with easy access to pool and beach. My boys really enjoyed the pier.
