It was perfect location, and everything was clean and comfortable.

It's a great location and the place itself was nice. Very clean and everything was in good condition. The view is great. Being on the ground floor is also a huge plus. Check process went well. A few opportunities - The dining room table looks nice but is not functional. If 2 couples tried to share it, or even just two people like us, it's not usable. The chairs are too low and uncomfortable and the table is too small. Could use some more pots for cooking.

The beds were SO uncomfortable (and definitely full size, not queen) we would have rather slept on the couch. On top of that, the TV remote in the master suite didn’t work. We tried to switch the batteries and adjust channels and volumes from a million different positions, but nothing worked. Other than that, we had the best view of the lake and the central location was nice! Plus our patio had an electric grill that worked GREAT and was nice for a quiet meal in.

The property management team were very professional. They are excellent communicators keeping you abreast of all the details before and after your arrival. They were readily available to assist in the process for whatever you need. They were very personable and wanted to make sure you enjoyed your stay. The best part is the front faces the lake. apartment was clean and comfortable. My teens stated the couch was very comfortable. The only problem was the walls were thin and we heard the kids upstairs running and jumping.

This beats a "regular" hotel any day. I love the lake view, and we have plenty of space. Everything was clean. Convenient Brandon location! This was our second time staying here and we will be back.

This unit was perfect for us. We had two beautiful bedrooms with a view of the lake. Quiet and peaceful on our screened in patio for Breakfast and Dinner.

Condo was clean and well maintained. Rental company was amazing. Lots of communication before arrival, checked in right on time and communication after check out. Will definitely use this company again when traveling to Tampa area.

If you are staying in the Brandon/Valrico area, I recommend this property! The company was easy to deal with and accommodations were clean and comfortable. The lake view was fantastic! We will definitely be back. The only issue is that you may see a property advertised for $75 a night, but after all of the fees (and there are a lot), it ends up being $150. It's still a good deal with the amount of space you get, (and I do believe you are aware of all the costs before booking) but just something to keep in mind. I think this is the way to go if you are traveling with family!

The unit was very small, there were only 2 towels and it was super noisy. Very ei dy on the end unit and it howels and the back of thr unit. Its very hard to sleep as its super bright with no toom darkening curtains

We arrived and ALL was great. We had a leaking issue when we returned home one night at midnight. We called, and within half hr. we had not 1 but 2 repair persons fixing the problem. Can not say how helpful these people are. Lovely condo- full of towels. The only thing to make it better would be IF they provided a hairdryer. Beautiful view and quiet surroundings. We WILL be back.

Me, my husband and a friend stayed for 6 days while in Tampa for a conference. Our check-in agent was Adeean. He was very polite and knowledgeable. The property looks rcatly like in the pictures. It smelled so clean and fresh when we walked in that I couldn't help for feel at home. I would not only recommend this property to friends and family, I would stay here again.

We stayed here in December of 2015 and arrived Christmas Eve night. Even so Cara (the lady who checked us in) was so sweet and understanding due to us being later than the check in time and even later than the estimated time we gave them. They accommodated us because we were driving from MI to FL with a 1 yr old so we weren't sure of an exact time. The place is as exactly as the pictures show. It's very comfortable, inviting, and clean. It's not gated (I don't like feeling like I'm staying in a prison anyway) but we felt very safe and it was very quiet. Many of the actual tenants that lived there were friendly and greeted us as we passed by. It's close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. The view from the lanai is so nice. It was nice waking up in the morning and winding down in the evening with a view of the lake. Also, there were no bug problems. We didn't see a single one. I don't know if the time of year made a difference but we didn't come across any in the unit. The beds are very comfortable as well. The only downside is some of the pots and pans looked like they needed to be replaced as well as the knives in the knife block on the counter. I'm pretty picky about that stuff though. It's certainly not a deal breaker but if you're like me and you're driving in just pack a couple of pots, a pan, and one good knife like I did. We could've used more towels but we didn't ask. They are so nice though that I'm sure they would've taken care of us if we did. Just ask! On our last day I stopped to see if I could meet Brenda (she handled the payments and got us our details and receipts) she was there and she gave me a hug. Very sweet woman, down to earth and professional. I also saw Cara again she waved hello and the owner Janice Powell. She thanked us for staying and I said goodbye to them and we were on our way. We will definitely be using them again the next time we stay in Brandon or Tampa. This was our first time doing a vacation rental so we were a bit nervous but everything went well with no problems. P.S. I also emailed questions and got very quick responses from Cody Powell (other owner). He was very pleasant to deal with as well.
